Role and Responsibilities

1. Market and trend analysis

• Monitoring and analyzing American consumer, market, technology, design, and industry trends to derive actionable insights.
• Conducting competitive benchmarking and investigating other market references to identify opportunities and areas fordifferentiation.
• Capturing and leveraging feedback from product reviews to drive continuous improvement in new product development.

2. New concept development

• Identifying consumer pain points and needs to define unmet market demands.
• Generating innovative product, feature, service, and use case ideas based on strong consumer insights.
• Developing and refining concepts, ensuring they are rooted in a clear understanding of consumer benefits, available technology, and market feasibility.
• Exploring Multi-Device Experience (MDE) scenarios leveraging Samsung SmartThings connectivity across various appliances.

3. Strategy development and execution

• Managing the ideation workshop process, including offline brainstorming sessions (in collaboration with the SEA CSMI team) and online idea market bulletins.
• Developing comprehensive strategies for new concepts, including market sizing, pricing, sales revenue and quantity forecasting, and go-to-market plans (in collaboration with Product Marketing).
• Collaborating with Samsung DA Korea HQ to assess technical feasibility, align product line-ups, and calculate Return on Investment (ROI).
• Partnering with the North America RHQ and subsidiary teams to gather regional insights, understand business landscapes and competition, and align with regional marketing and sales strategies.
• Investigating and collaborating with external companies to explore potential partnerships for new concept development.
• Presenting new concepts and their strategic rationale to Samsung DA Korea HQ to secure alignment and investment.

Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of full-time experience in Product Planning or Product Management.
• Bilingual in Korean and English, enabling clear communication with global stakeholders
• Strong understanding of both business and technology.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Proven ability to apply systems thinking and bring ideas to market (e.g., creating new solutions, launching products).
• Strong business acumen with broad exposure to strategy, marketing, finance, operations, and product development.
• Highly creative, innovative, and consumer-focused mindset.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience with consumer data analysis (e.g., review crawling, Sprinklr usability) a plus.

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $122,000 and $155,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.

Role and Responsibilities

• Daily approval of Care division activities, including Knox financial project, PO, budget, vendor invoice, employee reimbursement, travel settlement, credit changes and others.
• Monthly accounting book closing for CE care
• Monthly and yearly forecasting (TP,MP) for CE care financials.
• Produce various monthly financial reports, including pre-closing, closing, gap analysis, combined P&L, Qings result and other.
• Manage overall Care division credit activities, includingincrease/decrease/removalof credit for accounts, AR term changes, and risk hedging changes.
• Oversees overall Care division accounts payables, includes purchase order review, invoice review, vendor creation review, and etc.
• Manage Care division budget, create budget report, maintain budget under control, and support consolidation of budget.
• Conduct monthly P&L review meetings with Care VPs and CFO.
• Coordination of inquiries from various parties, includes Care, CMD, Accounting, HQ, GBM, CS Center, NAHQ, and etc.
• Develop and lead cost saving activities with help of Care division counter partners.
• Support HR relating organizational structure set up and approval path set up.
• Manage recall cost with in SEA and claim back to HQ GBM.

Skills and Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, finance or a related field.
• MBA or CPA is preferred; but not required.
• Bi-lingual in Korean is must due to contacting with HQ.
• Experience managing a team of direct & indirect reports
• Skills required: writing skills, reporting skills, must be proficient in MS Word/MSOutlook/Excel/PowerPoint/SAP,travel logistics, time management.
• Strong administrative support skills along with interpersonal communication with both internal and external organizations is a must.

Responsibilities

• Develops the PR Strategy for B2C and B2B categories within the Display division.
• Responsible for successfully executing PR strategies throughout the year.
• Manages the 2 supporting agencies that partners with the Display Division.
• Ensures Agencies are meeting deadlines and are successfully executing PR programs/strategy.
• Maintains calendar for all categories and has key drive periods for launches, events, partnerships, and announcements.
• Creates PR programs across full Display Division with specific focus on media relations and communications.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of agency experience to fully understand how to balance agencies at Samsung, workload and priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Knowledge of gaming media landscape, tech media landscape, lifestyle for B2C consumer, and B2B media landscape.

Account Management

• Develop and execute business plans for organized retail accounts in coordination with distributors.
• Manage the sell-in and sell-out process through distributors to OR partners.
• Monitor stock levels, order flow, and retail execution in collaboration with distributors.

Distributor & Retailer Engagement

• Act as the primary point of contact between company, distributors, and OR accounts.
• Support distributors in negotiations with OR chains, ensuring company interests are safeguarded.
• Align on trade terms, pricing, and promotions to drive sustainable business growth.

Sales & Target Achievement

• Deliver sales, revenue, and market share targets through effective distributor management.
• Track distributor performance across sell-in, sell-out, and inventory KPIs.
• Ensure proper product mix and availability at OR outlets.

Trade Marketing & Visibility

• Implement in-store visibility and activation plans through distributors.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to roll out promotions, launches, and campaigns at OR outlets.
• Monitor execution quality and ROI of trade marketing investments.

Market Intelligence

• Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies in the organized retail channel.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–8 years of experience in sales/account management, ideally within Home Appliances industry.
• Strong understanding of organized retail dynamics and distributor management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with major agency holding companies to understand and deliver on their programmatic business needs to further our holistic partners
• Team up with our ad server and SSP partners to enable agency partnerships
• Collaborate internallywith our Agency Development and sales teams as a consultantfor various platforms and integrations
• Develop workflows and processes to ensure operational excellence for agency programmatic activations
• Collaborate with Samsung Ads Product & Engineering team when development is required to enhance agency connections
• Troubleshoot technical issues within SSPs and ad serving platforms
• Constantly investigate how to make agency connections stronger and more efficient
• Identify optimization opportunities and provide recommendations on enhancements
• Clearly communicate technical concepts to internal and external stakeholders

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, specifically around streaming TV/video and how agency holding companies participate
• 6-12+ years of industry or relatable experience with a significant portion spent working at a video publisher, SSP, ad server, or DSP
• Comfortable building out technical integrations between publisher and agency ad platform
• Experience in troubleshooting programmatic connections with agencies
• Comfortable interacting with large data sets, identifying patterns and trends to action off of
• Extensive experience in being hands-on keyboard in various SSPs
