Role and Responsibilities

  • Weekly demand update in GSCM and PO placement to factories;
  • Sell-in Sell-out AP1/AP2 analysis (SO forecast accuracy, achievement rate, consensus);
  • Channel and own inventory analysis to keep healthy WOS and highlight potential aging inventory;
  • E-store stock management (stock availability >=90%);
  • Reporting: Aging, WH capacity, A/R credit check, sales estimation;
  • PO confirmation: shortages discussion with GOC, RTF recovery scenarios;
  • Strongly cooperation with inside and outside customers (factories, other departments, partners)

What we need for this role

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes: ​

  • Fluent English & Ukrainian is a must;
  • 2+ year of relevant experience;
  • University degree in Economics, Logistics;
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks;
  • Strong in MS Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot will be +), ability to work with big data.

  • A ‘can do’ and positive attitude, and the ability to perform well under pressure, always providing the customer with more than they were expecting
  • The ability to stop, review, measure and documentchallenges/opportunitiesand bring them to the attention of the relevant stakeholders for support and resolution

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
  • fluent Ukrainian and English is a must;
  • 3+ year of relevant experience (preferably on position of Category Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Financial Analyst)i n Consumer Electronics or FMCG
  • Strong in MS Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, data validation, conditional formatting) and Power Point

Key Account Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a key operator in the Belux Market, ensuring high satisfaction through strategic annual and quarterly business planning.

  • Negotiate deals and ensure optimal product availability. Collaborate with the Sales Manager to establish annual agreements.
  • Represent Samsung at company and account events to strengthen key account relationships.

Reports & Analysis:

  • Generate/Translate comprehensive sales reports (weekly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual) detailing the sales process, status, and forecasts. Your insights will support informed decision-making.
  • Analyze turnover data, monitor inventory aging, manage invoices, and gather recent market information to optimize sales strategies and performance.

Marketing/Brand Awareness:

  • Propose strategic sales initiatives and promotional activities for new products, aligning with marketing department guidelines.
  • Enhance Samsung’s brand presence among customers through effective marketing and brand promotion efforts.
  • Ensure accurate and effective implementation of marketing actions, leveraging customer marketing plans for maximum impact.

Internal Communication:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in Dutch, English, and French.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager Retail.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market insights to make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
