Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Lead the Subscription Business Strategy for Thailand business, ensuring alignment with regional and HQ expectations. The Business model can be both in-house and/or Third party model.
  • Identify & Secure Business Partners – In case of having third party companies, Engage with existing or new third-party companies to operate and scale the subscription business. This function is including recruit / requisition / evaluate / of the partner
  • Drive Execution – Make sure we execute the biz model based on agreed timeline and implement into Samsung standard work operation. Work closely with all stake holders including in-house team and cross function team and outside partners.
  • Establish Sustainable Business Models – Ensure financial feasibility, partner capability, and long-term growth through robust contractual agreements.
  • Monitor Market Trends & Competitive Landscape – Continuously analyze competitors and develop a unique market differentiation strategy.
  • Collaborate Across Teams – Work cross-functionally with product management, finance, and legal teams to establish a strong operational foundation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, digital commerce, or subscription-based models , preferably in consumer electronics or tech.
  • Proven track record in pioneering new businesses or market entry strategies with high-level stakeholder management.
  • Strong negotiation and partnership development skills , with experience working with third-party operators.
  • Familiarity with online platforms, digital marketing, and e-commerce business models .
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience in handling complex business challenges, and the ability to thrive under high expectations.

It also requires staying informed about the latest product technologies and continuously reviewing both internal and competitor training practices to ensure the effectiveness and relevance of training programs

  • Serves as a subject matter expert in training and development by assessing training needs, initiating and leading programs, delivering training, evaluating results, and implementing improvement plans across the entire training process
  • Expert in retail and sales training, with the ability design tailored training methods for the appropriate target groups (e.g., by account, channel, or region). This role also ensuring that all retail staff are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets (ROI)
  • Identify training requirements based on business direction and needs, and develop strategic training plans to enhance promoter capabilities
  • Collaborate with Business Units (BU), this role ensures that every product launch and go-to-market is fully supported. Training materials are developed; training sessions meet headquarter requirement ahead of each product launch and delivered on time. Also ensure Field Trainers Team do on-the-job training and coaching to reinforce key messages
  • Align with Product Management, Field Force, and Sales teams for monthly, quarterly and yearly training plans. Ensuring effective execution and alignment with company direction with the overall business rhythm
  • Supervise Product Trainers and the Field Trainer team by overseeing the entire training and development process. This includes providing feedback, evaluating training effectiveness, and implementing improvements based on performance results and participant feedback
  • Continuously drives new initiatives and develops training materials, including sales talk guides, visual learning content, interactive workshops, and effective online training approaches
  • Stay up to date with the latest training trends, developments, and best practices—both within the brand and across competitors—to ensure continuous improvement and relevance of training programs.
  • Achieves training financial objectives by forecasting training needs, preparing the annual budget, managing expenditures, analyzing variances, and implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Collaborate closely with Headquarters on key initiatives, including monitoring KPIs for the online learning platform, coordinating the Best Promoters Competition, administering training and retail-knowledge surveys, and developing training manuals.
  • Prepare training summaries and performance results, and actively participate in relevant meetings to report progress and align on next steps
  • Directly supervise training team members, including conducting performance evaluations, providing coaching and feedback, and delivering necessary skill development training to support individual and team growth
