Role and Responsibilities

1. [Sales target management by channel] Determine the optimal sales target that will drive continued growth of the business unit and channel accounts (partners) and encourage employee morale.

2. [Sales strategy setting by channel] Review the optimal sales strategy that will allow to meet the sales target by analyzing the assigned channel accounts, commercial district, and products.

3. [Sales execution] Manage sales in ways that focuses on achieving the target based on cooperation with channel accounts.

4. [Channel monitoring and risk management] Manage the building of trust with channel accounts and creation of a foundation for continued revenue growth.

Skills and Qualifications

• May lead a small team of professionals with limited control over budget spending or HR management such as recruiting or dismissal and supervises mentoring and coaching for team members

• Typically implements short-term action plans rather than developing policy, process or strategy

• Enhances or Improves methods or procedures and provides coaching to team members to ensure successful outcome

• Has deep knowledge on one job area or broad knowledge on several job areas

• Typically requires at least 8 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years

  • Research, design and apply machine learning for auto defect analysis and issues detection.
  • Improve auto ecosystem with intelligent auto testing solution.
  • Data analysis and find out the issue, analyze production defect in real market.
  • Ensures completion of all documentation required for production introduction.
  • Use GitHub for source code repository and Jira for task tracking.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with Python, SQL/NoSQL, Linux, Docker, AI
  • Good in English communication for working.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn.
  • Solid decision-making skills and judgment – can be depended upon to meet goals, foresee and avert problems.
  • Python programming experience.
  • Solid scripting skills (i.e., shell scripts, Python).
  • Familiarity in relevant machine learning frameworks and packages such as Tensorflow and PyTorch.
  • Thorough understanding of NLP techniques for text representation and modeling
  • Strong understanding SLQ/NoSQL, Docker.
  • Familiar with graph, data display & analysis.
