Incentive Compensation Management Platform:

  • Perform data management tasks as needed related to incentive plan setup (targets, KPIs), using both proprietary and productivity tools (e.g. Varicent ICM V10+, SQL Server, Excel).

  • Coordinates workflow needs or system aspects of compensation plan changes, data or transaction processing to ensure the system is ready to calculate outputs accurately.

  • Supports theblueprinting/businessrequirements process for system functions developments including data import processes from satellite systems and new business reports.

  • In-house expert on the latest and emerging Varicent V10+ functions (e.g. Presenter Adaptive, Rapid Reports, Report Data Model, Plan Document) to support evolving business requirements.

  • Performs system testing and change control, proactively communicates issues and carries through to resolution.

  • Reverse engineer, troubleshoot, and recommend alternative solutions as needed for related data processes developed by other and/or previous parties (e.g. SQL code, database server connection strings, Excel formula, and Varicent complete model build and saved imports).

  • Attention to detail with system calculation and output, and platform quality assurance.

  • Develop solid systems knowledge regarding incentive management system and respond to day-to-day inquiries.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Continuously improve tools and processes that assist MBO program-eligible teams in monitoring and assessing business performance.

  • To support design, develop and maintain automated management reports, including but not limited to, monthly & quarterly scorecards to measure key operations metrics (i.e. Strategic KPIs, Company Evaluation).

  • Liaise with team leaders and business operations/reporting counterparts and provide assistance and recommendations on incentive design and processes as needed.

  • Support design proposals and complete simulations of MBO program changes with Management and businesses with analysis of historical trend, business forecast, and variable incentive pay standards.

Audit & Compliance

  • Collect and analyze system KPI data to support responses to audit inquiries.

  • Support the company’s annual GPPM risk items self-audit and related HQ process check-ups.

  • Collaborate with internal audit team on developing and implementing KPIs from post-audit action plans.

  • Participate in risk management team special projects relating to business and operational processes with measurable KPIs.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting and/or Computer Science preferred.

  • Enrolled in an incentives or payroll standards certification program or equivalent is desirable.

  • Technical skills usingExcel/Word/PowerPointwith proven ability to learn new applications.

  • Ability to accurately “mine”, manipulate and move data to and from a variety of sources across multiple platforms; ability to query, sort, merge, combine, and summarize (e.g. SQL Server / PostgreSQL / MS Access / MS Excel).

Role and Responsibilities

Education:

  • Analyze customer invoices and backup documents for discrepancies
  • Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify root causes of process barriers and sources of inefficiencies and develop recommendations for process improvement
  • Prepare and communicate audit findings to management and provide solutions for any risks identified
  • Support and facilitate projects and initiatives that improve the claims process accuracy and performance
  • Assist Sales admin staff in auditing complex claims and lead the discussion on disputes with Sales Management as well as customer
  • Creates and presents information and supporting documentation to Sales Administration team of process improvement plans

• Additional Well Being Days for better work life-balance!As a Senior Manager, Brand Marketing and part of the MX Marketing Team, you will drive the marketing strategy across the CEJ including customer targeting, media and communications strategy for mobile eXperience (MX) business unit. You will develop and lead the planning processes for your category(ies), including product positioning and Integrated Marketing plans. As part of the MX Marketing team, you will own all of the Connections Planning / Integrated Marketing Process stage gates and be responsible for, but not limited to,the key decisions about creative direction, marketing partnerships, media rotation, paid and owned CDM.You will be the main marketing business partner for assigned category(ies) group within the MX Marketing group in order to drive revenue, profit and share growth of the business. You will also be the main point of contact with the Product and Channel Marketing Teams, providing input and alignment on marketing direction / GTM planning and Brand Governance.You will be a thought leader and provide end-to-end oversight for all assigned product category(ies) marketing activities to ensure alignment to overall strategy and flawless execution. In this role, you will need to define and manage integrated marketing plans and be proficient in precision / performance marketing with the ability to course correct activity based on KPIs and sales performance.

Develop marketing strategies including media and performance marketing tactics – ATL (Digital, Social, TVC, Influencer, PR) and creative for both displays, POP and in-store collateral (BTL).

Lead the development of the GTM Launch Playbook and all marketing launch preparation with retail and carrier partners to include joint launch initiatives, assortment merchandising, and in-store communication of key product and consumer messaging.

Bring innovative and equity-building mindset to all tasks – from identification of new test and learn concepts to new ways to engaging with the shopper along the path to purchase.

Be a people leader to foster growth across direct reports within their own individual portfolios

• May lead a small team of professionals with limited control over budget spending or HR management such as recruiting or dismissal and supervises mentoring and coaching for team members

• Typically implements short-term action plans rather than developing policy, process or strategy

• Enhances or Improves methods or procedures and provides coaching to team members to ensure successful outcome

Skills and Qualifications


• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in training and experience preferred


• Strong understanding of marketing brands sold through retail an online channels
• Must have Microsoft Office Suite of PC software applications experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint preparation skills.
• Capable of creating and maintaining a complex Marketing Strategy, Plans and Programs.


• Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing management within a consumer context in Canada preferred
• Experience managing a marketing team consisting of several direct reports
• Working in a matrix environment within a function supporting a key sales division

Incentive Compensation Management Platform:

  • Perform data management tasks as needed related to incentive plan setup (targets, KPIs), using both proprietary and productivity tools (e.g. Varicent ICM V10+, SQL Server, Excel).

  • Coordinates workflow needs or system aspects of compensation plan changes, data or transaction processing to ensure the system is ready to calculate outputs accurately.

  • Supports theblueprinting/businessrequirements process for system functions developments including data import processes from satellite systems and new business reports.

  • In-house expert on the latest and emerging Varicent V10+ functions (e.g. Presenter Adaptive, Rapid Reports, Report Data Model, Plan Document) to support evolving business requirements.

  • Performs system testing and change control, proactively communicates issues and carries through to resolution.

  • Reverse engineer, troubleshoot, and recommend alternative solutions as needed for related data processes developed by other and/or previous parties (e.g. SQL code, database server connection strings, Excel formula, and Varicent complete model build and saved imports).

  • Attention to detail with system calculation and output, and platform quality assurance.

  • Develop solid systems knowledge regarding incentive management system and respond to day-to-day inquiries.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Continuously improve tools and processes that assist MBO program-eligible teams in monitoring and assessing business performance.

  • To support design, develop and maintain automated management reports, including but not limited to, monthly & quarterly scorecards to measure key operations metrics (i.e. Strategic KPIs, Company Evaluation).

  • Liaise with team leaders and business operations/reporting counterparts and provide assistance and recommendations on incentive design and processes as needed.

  • Support design proposals and complete simulations of MBO program changes with Management and businesses with analysis of historical trend, business forecast, and variable incentive pay standards.

Audit & Compliance

  • Collect and analyze system KPI data to support responses to audit inquiries.

  • Support the company’s annual GPPM risk items self-audit and related HQ process check-ups.

  • Collaborate with internal audit team on developing and implementing KPIs from post-audit action plans.

  • Participate in risk management team special projects relating to business and operational processes with measurable KPIs.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting and/or Computer Science preferred.

  • Enrolled in an incentives or payroll standards certification program or equivalent is desirable.

  • Technical skills usingExcel/Word/PowerPointwith proven ability to learn new applications.

  • Ability to accurately “mine”, manipulate and move data to and from a variety of sources across multiple platforms; ability to query, sort, merge, combine, and summarize (e.g. SQL Server / PostgreSQL / MS Access / MS Excel).

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Proficiency in working in a fast-paced, complex, dynamic, multi-cultural business environment.

  • Team player and driven by a role that is impactful and relevant to the success of the team.

  • Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy in complex spreadsheets and databases.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience within sales operations, sales compensation or comparative field, and/or financial analysis experience supporting a sales organization.

  • Minimum 1-2 years hands-on experience in Varicent ICM V10+ tool and model-building - Composer, Presenter Adaptive and Rapid Reports, Web forms, Configure, Workflow, Schedule, Report Data Model, Plan Document modules preferred.
