Digital Account Executive Enterprise - Saudi Arabia

This position is
based in Saudi Arabia

Primary Responsibilities

  • Winning mainly net new Digital business revenue within Commercial accounts according to the business plan

  • Actively develop partnerships in the partner ecosystem to drive new business

  • Ability to do an initial demonstration of the Marketing and Commerce Cloud capabilities

  • Position Marketing and Commerce Cloud products and services and improve Customer’s impact

  • Negotiate and create product and service orders, contract addendums and renewals

  • Lead and develop existing contacts and create ambassadors

  • Weekly accurate forecast to sales management

  • Create business plan in collaboration with the extended team in order to drive net new revenue and ensure customer success

Position Requirements

  • Understanding of a Sales environment with experience in meeting quarterly and/or annual targets

  • Min 5+ years experience of Software Solution sales.

  • Ability to negotiate commercial contracts and maintain competitive pricing

  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office software including Project, Access, Visio, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Fluent in English and Arabic .

  • Degree or equivalent experience required

Preferred Requirements:

  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills with experience of engaging with ‘C’ level executives

  • Ability and experience with critical thinking and complex decision making

  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales quota preferably (digital marketing) SaaS solutions

  • Ability to negotiate commercial contracts and maintain competitive pricing

  • Confirmed commercial success in working with executives, VP and ‘C’ level

  • Ability and confirmed experience with strategic thinking and complex decision making

The Enterprise Corporate Sales (ECS) is looking for an Account Executive responsible for handling a large volume of smaller size opportunities within key Enterprise clients across Middle East.

Your role:
  • Own the full sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Specialists, Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Marketing, Partners etc.
  • Use your solution selling expertise to respond to customer needs and identify business potential to build a strategic, long-term partnership with your customers.
  • Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings
  • Coordinate and join industry events and user groups to generate market interest.
  • Drive Salesforce growth by engaging with prospect organisations to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value based selling, return on investment analysis, references and analyst data.
  • Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by selling Salesforce solutions into ECS accounts
  • Territory/Vertical identification and research to formalise a go to market strategy and build qualified target accounts.
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement within the designated market sector(s).
What we are looking for:
  • Experience of quota carrying Sales and Account Management experience.
  • Successful history of net direct new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against revenue targets.
  • Experience running the sales cycle from business champion to C Level.
  • Experience owning and closing complex sales cycles and ownership of all aspects of territory management.
  • Fully fluent in English, fluent in Arabic is an important plus but not required.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Accelerate Salesforce’s presence and revenue across high-value enterprise Real Estate accounts .

  • Define and execute multi-year strategic growth plans , aligned to customer business priorities.

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through territory planning, strategic prospecting, and relationship development.

  • Navigate complex deal cycles, lead internal collaboration, and consistently deliver against revenue targets.

What We’re Looking For

  • Successful, reference-able experience in enterprise software or cloud technology sales .
