As part of our team you will be selling, consulting, and leading top new business and key accounts
You will open, build, and own trusted strategic partnerships with key accounts in the Swiss RCG industry
Lead and orchestrate the entire sophisticated sales-cycle, addressing C-level executives the value of our deeply integrated platform and its related business impact
You will build, share, own, and implement a territory plan with an extended team to deliver maximum revenue potential in line with a proven value proposition for our customers
Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, whilst crafting excellent customer satisfaction through relationship building

Required Skills
Proven record new business solution selling and consulting experience
Strong presentation and demonstration skills highlighting the compelling business impact
Ability to map out and strategically define territory and account plans
Efficiently manage internal and external networks
Evidence of relationship building skills within a matrix organisation with an ability to grow and cultivate relationships
Excellent at building credible and value driven C-level relationships

Our Enterprise Account Executives engage with existing customers and new leads to position and sell the entire Salesforce Customer 360 platform. They build positive, trusted relationships with both crucial team members and c-suite decision makers within their patch, and become natural at helping customers realize value from their Salesforce investments.
You will use your skills to develop opportunities, through both warm leads and whitespace prospecting.
Responsibilities:
* Run territory identification and research, formalize the go-to-market strategy for the territory and build a qualified target account list within 30 days.
* Develop & keep up to date and relevant the Account Plans
* Understand, customize & make relevant and deliver our Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers
* Develop key customer partner relationships and drive customer happiness at the assigned accounts
* Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the accounts, aligned with customers’ business objectives
* Own the end-to-end sales process through the engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, BVS, Professional Services, Executives, Partners, Marketing, etc.
* Drive steady and predictable pipeline & sales growth within the assigned territory, consistently across the year
* Maintain a sharp and updated record of your pipeline and sales activities
* Forecast your business with accuracy
Required Qualifications & skills:
* Strong background of value/consultative selling sophisticated solutions or technology (5 to 10 years preferably in Software or in Business Applications) and Deal Execution
* Experience at selling to different C-level personas in Business & IT functions
* Shown & proven record of successful collaboration in cross-functional and extended teams
* Deep understanding of business & technology requirements of enterprise customers in the Manufacturing industry
* Ability to work as part of a team to tackle problems in dynamic, energising environments
* Strong analytical, problem structuring & problem solving skills
* Validated communication skills (verbal, written, presentations)
* Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the strengths for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles)
* Proficiency in English and in German is required. French / Italian are a plus
