    Your Mission as an Account Executive:

    • Manage a dedicated territory in the Emerging (1-50 employees) or Growth Business (51-300 employees) space, overseeing the entire sales cycle. You’ll coordinate multiple sales projects simultaneously and take full responsibility for your customers.

    • Lead the sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong focus on new business sales, while rapidly growing existing accounts.

    • Use your solution selling expertise to respond effectively to customer needs and identify business potential, building strategic, long-term partnerships.

    • Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings.

    • Coordinate and lead industry events and user groups to generate market interest.

    • Collaborate with our team of Core AEs, Sales Specialists, Business Developers, Pre-sales, and Marketers for all sales leads and opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Close opportunities at assigned existing accounts and drive sales at new accounts.

    • Drive sales within the assigned segment (SMB segments).

    • Acquire new logos within the assigned territory.

    • Speak to Salesforce offerings as they relate to customer needs and engage other Salesforce resources as required.

    • Effectively manage multiple accounts and sales, with support from our team to ensure a balanced workload.

    What We Are Looking For:

    • Proven track record of success in sales.

    • 1 to 5 years of experience in the entire sales cycle of complex SAAS solutions.

    • Ability to build positive relationships internally and with customers, demonstrating credibility and trust.

    • Effective communication skills with the ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment.

    • Successful history of net new business sales, with the ability to consistently deliver against targets.

    • A strong drive, adaptability, and enthusiasm to build a career at Salesforce.

    • Advanced level of English.

General Business team in Argentina, focused on driving growth across a portfolio of Commercial Business Unit (CBU) accounts. This is a quota-carrying role responsible for managing the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery to closing and long-term customer success.What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own and drive the sales strategy for a portfolio of named accounts in Argentina, with a strong focus on new business generation and account expansion.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline , effectively prioritizing and progressing multiple opportunities in parallel.
  • Deliver compelling value propositions through product demonstrations, consultative selling, and customer-focused storytelling.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Solution Engineers, Marketing, Partners, and Customer Success to drive deal strategy and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting in our CRM (Salesforce, of course).
  • Develop long-term relationships , becoming a trusted advisor to your customers and identifying new opportunities to add value.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and the Salesforce product roadmap to strategically position our solutions.
What We’re Looking For
  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience , preferably in technology, SaaS, or enterprise software.
  • Proven success in a quota-carrying role, consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills across complex sales cycles.
  • Full business fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience selling into Commercial or Mid-Market segments in Argentina or LATAM is strongly preferred.
  • Passion for innovation, data-driven solutions, and the customer success journey.
  • Self-starter with high energy, team spirit, and a growth mindset.

- Initiate, grow and maintain key strategic internal & external relationships
Core Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- Providing detailed and accurate sales forecasts- Daily execution developing new accounts, expanding existing ones and fostering growth through marketing initiatives internally and externally
Minimum Requirements:- 10+ years in software and/or applications sales (ideally in a CRM, ERP and/or B2B software company), selling primarily to the CxO level
- Strategic commercial & enterprise sales experience and revenue achievement selling multiple enterprise software offerings- Proven success working within a highly matrixed organization and establishing strong relationships across all functions to achieve results
- Strong operational and analytical abilities
Preferred, but not required:
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
- Salesforce Certifications
- Experience selling cloud based enterprise applications is strongly preferred- Knowledge of BPO, BPaaS, MSP in a Professional Services or Commercial Sales capacity
