What You'll Be Doing
  • Define and build Riskified’s product analytics framework and practices.
  • Partner with PMs and cross-functional stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities, define KPIs, and guide strategic decisions.
  • Drive a product-led, insight-driven culture by evangelizing best practices in analytics across the organization.
  • Own the monitoring and analysis of key product and domain metrics using Looker, Mixpanel, and other internal tools.
  • Build, refine, and maintain dashboards that inform day-to-day decisions and long-term roadmaps.
  • Identify UX and platform optimization opportunities through deep funnel, behavioral, and performance analysis.
  • Serve as a role model for future Product Analysts, laying the groundwork for an expanding analytics function.
  • Mentor and support new analysts as the team grows, ensuring analytical excellence and consistency across products.
  • Collaborate closely with Data, R&D, and Product Design teams to define shared goals and measurement strategies.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Analytics, ideally in Fintech, eCommerce , or fraud/risk-related businesses.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret and leverage data to drive product decisions, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Proven experience in mid-to-large scale companies delivering high-impact product analytics in cross-functional environments.
  • Track record of success in both UX-oriented and platform product analytics.
  • Advanced proficiency in data querying, analytics and BI practices and tech , including SQL, Looker, Mixpanel etc. You must be able to independently extract, transform, and interpret complex datasets.
  • Strong strategic thinking with an ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive product growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; experienced presenting to senior leadership.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for building new functions and frameworks from scratch, self-driven and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

What You'll Be Doing
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert. You are the go to person for our 200+ person Sales and Account Management teams when they need support on telling the story about your product/domain
  • Join and Lead Customer-Facing Sales Calls: Actively participate in sales calls with key customers to provide in-depth product knowledge, answer technical questions, and reinforce the value proposition.
  • Continuous learning —be a subject matter expert in your domains: Listen to our sales calls and speak to our GTM team and clients to understand our market positioning, trends, and buyer personas
  • Strategize product needs, marketing, and launch strategies . You’ll work closely with our product team during the ideation stage, develop strategic plans, and execute on go-live and adoption efforts
  • Position your products/product features: Write briefs outlining product-specific positioning, including key benefits, FAQs, sensitivities, etc. Our marketing team will use these to create assets
  • Create sales materials and training . We sell based on stories, and our 200+-person Sales and Account Management teams need to know those stories. You’ll work with Revenue Enablement to train our teams on our offerings
  • Ad-hoc needs: An urgent RFP, a vast sales call, a request from a current merchant, a deck for a speaking event… our org often leans on the Product Marketing team’s expertise in product and communication to help with these critical ad-hoc tasks
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing in a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven track record of successfully bringing technical B2B SaaS products to market and/or expanding them into new market segments, demonstrating a deep understanding of market analysis, competitive landscapes, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Self driven and independent. Flexible, and can handle challenges while maintaining your cool and sense of humor.
  • You have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (native level)- a must
  • You can communicate clearly to internal audiences, customers, and the market (e.g., by taking the stage at industry events). You can turn technical products into compelling narratives and stories
  • Experience in a customer-facing role- a must
  • Understanding of the payments/ ecommerce/fraud industry- an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills, highly capable of interpreting data, performing qualitative research, and distilling results into actionable key takeaways
  • You are naturally curious and want to deeply understand Riskified’s customer segmentation, buying committee members, technology, and product-market fit

What You'll Be Doing
  • Collaborate with data science teams to build new and maintain high accuracy of the existing machine learning models for detecting refunds and returns abuse. Define and monitor KPIs to measure model performance and product effectiveness.
  • Ensure the robustness and scalability of the analysis flow by working closely with engineering teams to identify and address any gaps that could compromise analysis quality. Oversee the implementation of solutions that enhance the reliability of our analytical processes.
  • Push new sales opportunities forward by meeting with prospects, merchants, and potential partners. Understand their challenges, coordinate actions internally and evolve the product to solve pressing merchant needs.
  • Drive product development by prioritizing and managing the product backlog, ensuring we solve critical challenges related to policy abuse and deliver value to our merchants.
Qualifications

  • Technical and Data Science Knowledge: Proficiency in understanding and working with machine learning models, preferably with experience in fraud detection or e-commerce analytics.
