Previous experience creating business cases, requirements, and process maps
Must be able to forge and maintain beneficial working relationships with multiple areas of Operations, Sales, and IT
Working experience with agile projects is a plus
Experience modeling/establishing the process flow of data between systems
Working experience with agile projects is a plus
Bachelor’s Degree
Fluent English language proficiency
Detailed and concise written and verbal communication and documentation skills
Expertise in facilitating meetings, webinars, and conference calls
Must be experienced in the business side and IT delivery of solutions

As a Payroll Intern, you will assist the payroll team in processing payroll, maintaining accurate records, and supporting day-to-day operations. You will also contribute to initiatives aimed at improving payroll processes through documentation and administrative support. Job Responsibilities:
Support payroll team with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as data entry, document organization, and reporting
Assist in handling payroll-related inquiries via ticket management system.

Maintain accurate payroll records and assist in resolving discrepancies.

Comply with Red Hat’s accounting and operational practices and conform to U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Oversee operations for the monthly accounting cycle, including journals, reconciliations and reporting.
