• Maintain and improve existing monitoring configurations (alerts, dashboards, service discovery, scrape configs, etc.)
• Implement and enhance alerting logic, including threshold tuning and dynamic alert conditions

• Maintain monitoring configuration in Git and follow internal version control best practices
• Participate in cross-team initiatives to improve the overall monitoring and incident response ecosystem

• Strong hands-on experience with Linux systems (primarily Ubuntu)
• Practical knowledge of Prometheus ecosystem, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, and Zabbix
• Experience supporting monitoring systems in Kubernetes-based infrastructure
• Solid scripting skills (Bash)
• Familiarity with Git and common version control workflows
• Good understanding of networking and infrastructure concepts (ports, protocols, DNS, etc.)
• Ability to troubleshoot metric collection, alert firing, and data visualization issues
• Basic knowledge of SQL (e.g., for querying time-series or metadata stores)
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

• Understanding of high-availability and failover patterns in observability systems
• Experience working with SLO/SLA-based alerting or anomaly detection mechanisms
• Exposure to automation and CI/CD pipelines for monitoring infrastructure

• Animate characters and objects in Spine based on provided art assets.
• Collaborate with Animation Lead, Art, and Concept teams to identify and gather all assets needed for in-game animation.
• Learn how to easily integrate animation assets into the game without compromising artistic vision or exceeding technical constraints—by working closely with the R&D and Tech Art teams and attending regular meetings.
• Produce high-quality animations in a style consistent with SGH animation principles.
• Create animation files in accordance with established guidelines.
• Demonstrate basic skills in documenting work.
• Understand the game and be able to speak its language.
• Stay updated on animation trends and industry standards.

• 2+ years of experience in mobile game development.
• Advanced rigging skills in Spine.
• Strong 2D and pseudo-3D character animation skills (both humanoids and animals).
• Proficient in optimizing animations within mobile game development limitations.
• Confident Photoshop user is a plus.
• Unity and 3D experience is a plus.
• Solid understanding of mobile game character and UI animation.

Responsibilities:

• ⁠ Full End to end responsibility for employee life cycle 200 IT professionals: engineers, creatives, etc.
• Within their relevant studio in Poland responsibility of the employee life cycle (F2F interview, facilitation of onboarding processes, termination processes, support performance evaluation processes, employee retention, employee experience, sensing processes, welfare)

• Animate visual effects, UI components, characters and backgrounds, based on created art assets, as well as creating animation from scratch.
