  • Collaborative Excellence: Collaborate closely with R&D, Data, and Customer Success teams. Guide development activities and prioritize initiatives for optimal execution.
  • Customer-Centric Insights: Dive deep into customer behavior, market trends, and product performance. Use data to refine and enhance our games, ensuring player satisfaction.
  • Global Team Management: Mentor and grow our talented Product & Art department
  • Market Mastery: Stay ahead of industry trends, ecosystem dynamics, and competitive landscapes. Leverage this knowledge to drive strategic decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Foster teamwork across Product, Engineering, UI/UX, and operations teams. Your leadership will be the glue that binds our success.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years managing entire product lifecycles in B2C companies (a must).
  • Gaming Advantage: Previous experience in the gaming industry is a big plus.
  • Team Leadership: Successfully led large teams of product managers and designers (10+ employees).
  • Leadership Skills: Strong organizational, management, and leadership abilities.
  • Collaboration: Proven track record of working closely with R&D teams to execute product strategies.
  • Decision-Making: Ability to navigate cross-functional challenges and drive impactful decisions.
  • Analytical Acumen: Utilize data and user research to uncover customer insights, directly engaging with users.
