  • Participate in the development and execution of global marketing strategies, including business plans, positioning, promotions, pricing, and trade shows, ensuring alignment with regional stakeholders.

  • Provide one-on-one coaching and support to sales representatives, offering guidance and feedback to improve their sales performance. Accompany sales representatives on customer visits to observe and provide real-time coaching.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Healthcare, or a related field. Advanced degrees are advantageous.
  • 5+ years’ experience, or 3+ with a Master’s, in sales training and development, preferably in the healthcare industry or medical device sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of patient monitoring technology and its application in the healthcare environment is required.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage training schedules and travel arrangements. Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and respond effectively to changing training needs.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to different locations to conduct in-person training sessions.
