Your role:

  • Developing, maintaining and improving relations with existing and potential customers in the assigned district/area.
  • Developing clinical activities to promote Sleep respiratory products with KOLs in the region
  • Presenting and explaining the local product portfolio and supports the national promotion & marketing strategy.
  • Creating the yearly sales plan, with the help of sales management, to set targets and to plan actions and MarCom deliverables.
  • Creating, together with the internal order desk, of optimal offers to the accounts. Initiating customer tailored sales actions and supporting national sales actions.
  • Monitoring the quality of the realization of the actions, improves contact between the internal service and the customers to get a good result of the actions.
  • Reporting regularly on sales results and expectations, market and competition and trends to inform you about the situation.
  • Managing S&RC activity in the assigned territory


You're the right fit if you have:

  • A clinical profile and experience in account management, sales activity or project management
  • Minimum 3 years in similar position
  • Home respiratory field, or respiratory background (target in Pneumologist, Pediatricians, Intensive Care units or emergency rooms)
  • Negotiation, contracting and problem-solving skills to develop the account
  • Experience working with large matrix teams both internal and externally
  • Knowledge of local market environments, reimbursement models, public tenders and local challenges and regulations
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and in English languages
  • Clean driver’s license
  • The availability to travel

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within Healthcare Informatics or Monitoring solutions.
  • Ability to independently manage local accounts, coordinate necessary actions, and ensure timely achievement of results.
  • Capable of conducting independent negotiations with customers, aligning with established guidelines and sales plans, contracting and problem-solving skills to develop the account.
  • Experience working with marge matrix teams with frequent interaction with customers and/or cross-functional teams, including collaboration with other company divisions or units.
  • ​Fluency in English and Spanish (local language required)
  • Willing and able to travel across the assigned territory, based in Sevilla (clean driving license required)

You are responsible for

  • Managing business performance KPI’s for the Home & Public portfolio in the Iberia region.

  • Set and deploy performance targets for each of the partners (Order intake & sales).

  • Directly manage the commercial execution of the Emergency Care home and public portfolio in Iberia.

  • Drive consistent financial forecasting and demand planning together with all partners in Iberia.

  • Channeling the Iberia customers voice into upstream business propositions.

  • Ensuring consistent customer experience, value and satisfaction in Iberia.

  • Develop relationships and represent Philips home & public portfolio in discussions with NGO´s, key opinion leaders and relevant trade associations.

  • Identifying change, regional trends, competitors and develop appropriate response plans.

  • Responsible for structuring strategic deals in Iberia and preparing the appropriate business case.

  • Developing and implementing business plans in cooperation with the Home & public leader Europe and other relevant colleagues to meet financial and customer objectives.

  • Collaborate on the execution of the European marketing plan.

Your role:

In this role, you have the opportunity to contribute a high growth business that will help improve the lives of millions contributing with a global leader in Health Technology.

  • You will help with external technicians accounts - new users' management, training and access to Philips systems. You will follow up with users who have pending tasks.

  • You will analyze data on operational KPIs, performance and daily management.

  • You will open escalations and take care of Incident management: training compliance, process adherence, etc.

  • You will be in contact with dealers to proactively improve installed base data accuracy.

  • It will be a 6-months, remunerated internship. We work in a hybrid mode, our office is located in Sanchinarro, Madrid.


1. You are bachelor or Master
studentin Biomedical Engineering or other Engineering degrees. We will be signing

convenio de practicas
with your university/school. You can commit 25-35h/week in a morning schedule.
2. You are proactive, communicative, optimistic and you like to work in a team. You have problem-solving mindset. You are hungry to learn.
3. You speak fluent Spanish and you have a very good level of English.
4. You can work with MS Office suite, and you have advanced skills in Excel.
