Production Quality Engineer Student
Drive product quality improvement activities, using statistics and data analysis techniques to improve processes. Contribute to Operations performance monitoring, reporting,improvementand development. Integral part of improvement programs in factory.

Advanced Excel skills
At least 3 semesters till graduation
Ability to work at least 3 days a week, preferably 4 days

Your role:
- Carefully checks and validates sales order data upon receipt, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and complete for the sales process.
- Accurately enters order details into the computer system to enable precise delivery date determination, optimizing operation efficiency.
- Quickly confirms orders with customers, communicating the delivery date clearly to maintain transparency and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Actively collaborates with internal departments to resolve discrepancies, while generating monthly reports for insightful decision-making and process improvement. Additionally, manages product returns, credits, and delivery updates effectively.
- Diligently monitors sales order flow, managing exceptions and addressing issues promptly to sustain seamless operations.

Your skills include understanding of supply chain management and order fulfillmenl process.

The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN from $ 21.00 hourly to $ 32.00 hourly.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
