• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong understanding of network configurations, Oracle database management, and healthcare data protocols, as well as Virtualization technologies and AWS and Radiology Workflows.

• Relevant certifications in VMware (such as VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization) and AWS (such as AWS Cloud Practitioner) are preferred

Biomedical Technician Site Lead - Loma Linda, California
Support the Multi-Vendor Services (MVS) business as a Biomedical Equipment Site Lead for Philips customers in the Loma Linda, California area. You will assume a leadership role for an empowered area of responsibility to manage and foster strong customer relationships through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain equipment at customer sites; generate service revenue; adhere to state and federal regulatory requirements.
Perform preventative maintenance and service repair on biomedical equipmentutilizingthe service manual, OJT, OEM, or 3rd Party training. Providestraining/mentorship/technicalsupport to other service staff.
Identification and resolution of customer issues, providing the customer with theappropriate communication, and involvingappropriate siteservice personnel.Proactive identification of issues and providing creative, comprehensive solutions for customers which go beyond simple break/fix.

Your role:
