About the position

Personetics is revolutionizing the way financial institutions engage with their customers by delivering personalized, actionable insights that empower users to achieve their financial goals. As a Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive and impactful user experiences across our suite of products. You’ll work at the intersection of design, technology, and finance, transforming complex challenges into user-friendly solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end design process for core product areas, from concept to delivery.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that enhance the customer experience.
  • Create detailed final design specs that inspire accurate developer builds
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design strategies and ensure seamless implementation.
  • Advocate for user-first design principles, driving innovation in B2B2C financial experiences.
  • Maintain & add to the existing design system
  • Facilitate ideation and discovery workshops to refine product ideas and solutions.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform data-driven design decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital product design, with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end design processes and impactful solutions.
  • Proven track record of working on B2C products, preferably in web & mobile environments.
  • Proficient in Figma (Auto layout, Components, Variables, etc...) & high-fidelity prototyping tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Hebrew), with the ability to articulate design decisions and champion user-centric thinking.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams, and demonstrating a collaborative and iterative design process.
  • Strong understanding of UX research methodologies and usability testing practices.
Nice to have
  • Experience Presenting and communicating with customers
  • Experience designing for financial products or enterprise software.
  • Expertise in accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
  • Familiarity with agile development processes and working within cross-functional teams.
