Your Career
Palo Alto Networks is looking for an Executive Assistant who can provide high-level, comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Executive Assistant (Sr. EA) to the CEO. In this role, you will be reporting to the Sr. EA in order to support our Chairman / CEO and drive the administration of day-to-day operations as assigned. You will be expected to handle all duties with a high degree of integrity, professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
The role requires an individual who has a sense of urgency, ability to exercise good judgment in all situations, thrives in an innovative and fast paced corporate environment, works with a high sense of confidentiality, and who has high-tech administrative experience.
Your Impact
Take direction from the Sr. EA in support of the Chairman / CEO
Partner with the Sr. EA on managing the CEO’s complex and ever-changing calendar.
Assist with preparing and submitting expense reports in an accurate and timely manner; air travel arrangements utilizing private aircraft for domestic and international travel; visa preparation; managing hotel reservations; printing materials for upcoming meetings; making restaurant reservations and researching venues. No task too large or too small.
Coordinate with CEO’s Security detail as needed
Act as back up to the Sr. EA when she is unavailable or OOTO
Pre-register and welcome guests
Take on special projects as needed
Some travel may be required
Your Experience
5+ years of Executive Administrative experience supporting a VP or above, in a corporate environment.
High EQ as you will be interfacing with the highest levels of executives, stakeholders, board members, celebrities, etc.
Flexible and adaptive to an ever changing environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to faultless execution on tasks
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
High-tech industry experience preferred
Experienced in working with GSuite, Adobe, Concur, Slack, and WhatsApp
Anticipate needs and be a team player with the ability to execute in a timely manner
Comfortable working across many different time zones
Ability to proactively problem-solve
Responsive to emails/texts/Slack messages/phone calls
Flexible and available to support business needs when required

Your Career
Reporting to the Company’s VP, Global Treasurer, you will help drive the strategic initiatives related to the Company’s core Treasury activities. Your Impact

Analyze and deliver accurate Other Income/Expense forecasts
Manage, maintain and cultivate relationships with external parties, investment banks, asset managers, Treasury system providers. Enable automation and AI solutions
Maintain financial risk management policies, procedures, and guidelines - ensure compliance with applicable regulations, SOX and internal control policies, reporting requirements, and disclosure standards
Support the financial modeling, forecasting and analysis needs of the Company’s financing arm, PANFS (Palo Alto Networks Financial Services). Lead the development of portfolio analytics, recommend loan portfolio/high ROI strategies and initiatives
Collaborate with various departments including FP&A, Investor Relations, Tax, Accounting & Corporate Finance. Recommend new solutions as the market changes and business needs evolve
Manage and lead a high performing team across cash, investments, financing, and foreign exchange. Build and scale the function, hiring, developing and mentoring a high-performing team.
Ad-hoc support and thought leadership around cash flow, WACC, M&A due diligence
Minimal travel may be required
Your Experience
12+ years of experience working in a complex global corporate environment and/or financial services - experience in the large cap tech industry a plus
MBA/CFA candidates preferred
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Experience with executing financial transactions such as credit facilities, debt issuance, derivatives, share repurchases, fixed income trading
Advanced proficiency in analytical and financial modeling including ability to build comprehensive modeling including integrated income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statements
Comfortable presenting materials and analysis to internal leadership
Ability to provide sound financial business judgment, strategic thinking and broad business perspective across the organization
Deep understanding of financial markets and its impact to the business
Positive & enthusiastic attitude, leading with courage and empathy
Excellent organizational, prioritization, oral and written communication skills
