Lead end-to-end analytics program management, including the design, implementation, and optimization of data-driven processes and dashboards for the Technical Solutions organization.

Your Experience

Demonstrated expertise in data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., Tableau, Google Sheets, GCP BigQuery, Google Looker Studio, Salesforce Analytics, ETL processes).
Proven ability to automate complex reporting tasks and build scalable, repeatable analytics solutions.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations.
Advanced critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering error-free, high-impact analytical work.

Your Experience
We are looking for someone who cares deeply about the technical development of other engineers and can effectively balance the needs of the business, our users, and the growth of our engineers.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent military experience.
7+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong background in building large-scale, distributed systems.
Proven track record of building SaaS applications and being part of several SaaS release cycles.
Strong proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Go, Python, or Java, with a proven ability to pick up a new language with ease.
Deep experience with cloud-native technologies including containerization (Docker) and microservices architecture.
Decent understanding of core distributed systems principles. You should have an ability to continuously map problems to first principles.
Familiarity with modern SaaS release models, including feature flags.
Extensive hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (GCP or AWS) is strongly recommended.
Demonstrated experience mentoring at least two engineers in their career, providing technical guidance, and helping them achieve promotion.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a distributed environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes. Since we are a platform team and use it extensively, deep K8s knowledge will help you stand out.
Familiarity with agentic infrastructure and a basic curiosity on how to build and manage intelligent agents.

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $173,000/YR - $237,500/YR. One primary responsibility of this role is to proactively search for signs of malicious activity within an organization's network. Your Experience
Have or be eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC)
Understanding the threat landscape, including attack tools, tactics, and techniques, as well as networking and security fundamentals
Experience investigating targeted, sophisticated, or hidden threats in both endpoints and networks
4+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record in cybersecurity research, specializing in either APTs or cybercrime, but with the ability to address the broader threat landscape
Background in forensic analysis and incident response tools (both Dynamic and Static, such as IDA Pro, Ollydbg, and Wireshark) to identify threats and assess the extent and scope of compromises
Understanding of APT operations, including attack vectors, propagation, data exfiltration, lateral movement, persistence mechanisms, and more
Familiarity with organizational cybersecurity measures, including protective tools and remediation techniques
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
Strong attention to detail
Knowledge of advanced threat hunting methodologies and the ability to develop novel techniques
Experience in an Incident Response environment is a plus
Proficiency in Python and SQL is beneficial
Familiarity with reverse engineering is advantageous
Ability to simplify and clarify complex ideas
Experience in writing technical blog posts and analysis reports
Ability to analyze and understand the infrastructure of malicious campaigns
Self-starter who can work independently and adapt to changing priorities
