Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in IoT, OT, IIoT, IoMT, and network security, with deep expertise in network traffic analysis, threat detection, and security architecture design
  • Comprehensive understanding of passive IoT security solutions, including device discovery, behavioral analysis, and anomaly detection across diverse industrial and healthcare environments
  • Strong wired and wireless network architecture skills, with the ability to interpret complex customer network designs, data flows, and segmentation strategies to ensure secure and efficient deployments
  • Extensive experience with passive network data collection solutions, including SPAN, RSPAN, ERSPAN, and network taps such as Gigamon, for scalable visibility and traffic monitoring
  • Proficient in networking topologies and IoT/OT/IIoT/IoMT communication protocols, including Modbus, DNP3, BACnet, MQTT, and OPC UA, with a strong grasp of network security implications
  • Hands-on expertise with Network Access Control (NAC) and Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) solutions in complex, distributed environments, ensuring secure access and policy enforcement.
  • Technical Product & Tool Expertise : Experience with leading enterprise and security platforms, including:
  1. Asset Management/CMMS systems: ServiceNow
  2. Network & Wireless Management: Cisco Prime Infrastructure, Wireless LAN Controllers
  3. Vulnerability Management: Rapid7, Tenable, Qualys
  4. IP Address Management (IPAM): Infoblox
  5. SIEM/SOAR platforms: Splunk, Cortex XSOAR, QRadar
  6. SNMP and network monitoring tools for performance and availability analytics
  • Strong understanding of SOC workflows, incident response processes, and integration between detection, investigation, and remediation tools.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in IoT, OT, IIoT, IoMT, and network security, with deep expertise in network traffic analysis, threat detection, and security architecture design
  • Comprehensive understanding of passive IoT security solutions, including device discovery, behavioral analysis, and anomaly detection across diverse industrial and healthcare environments
  • Strong wired and wireless network architecture skills, with the ability to interpret complex customer network designs, data flows, and segmentation strategies to ensure secure and efficient deployments
  • Extensive experience with passive network data collection solutions, including SPAN, RSPAN, ERSPAN, and network taps such as Gigamon, for scalable visibility and traffic monitoring
  • Proficient in networking topologies and IoT/OT/IIoT/IoMT communication protocols, including Modbus, DNP3, BACnet, MQTT, and OPC UA, with a strong grasp of network security implications
  • Hands-on expertise with Network Access Control (NAC) and Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) solutions in complex, distributed environments, ensuring secure access and policy enforcement.
  • Technical Product & Tool Expertise : Experience with leading enterprise and security platforms, including:
  1. Asset Management/CMMS systems: ServiceNow
  2. Network & Wireless Management: Cisco Prime Infrastructure, Wireless LAN Controllers
  3. Vulnerability Management: Rapid7, Tenable, Qualys
  4. IP Address Management (IPAM): Infoblox
  5. SIEM/SOAR platforms: Splunk, Cortex XSOAR, QRadar
  6. SNMP and network monitoring tools for performance and availability analytics
  • Strong understanding of SOC workflows, incident response processes, and integration between detection, investigation, and remediation tools.
  • Professional Skills & Achievements: Proven experience preparing compelling RFI/RFP/RFQ responses, effectively positioning technical solutions to meet customer and business requirements.
  • Demonstrated success leading customer evaluations, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and technical validations, achieving high conversion rates and strong customer adoption
  • Skilled in competitive analysis and solution benchmarking, with the ability to articulate key differentiators and influence product development decisions
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, adept at translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling value propositions for both technical and executive audiences
  • Strong customer advocacy and relationship-building skills, with experience managing complex customer engagements and resolving challenges in high-stakes environments
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, and Marketing to define requirements, shape features, and accelerate go-to-market success
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to synthesize information and drive strategic outcomes in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
  • Education & Preferred Expertise : BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent military or professional experience.
  • Bonus Experience: Hands-on familiarity with PAN-OS and Palo Alto Networks security platforms.
  • Experience with EDR tools, endpoint telemetry, and behavioral analytics
  • Scripting proficiency, especially leveraging RESTful APIs for automation and system integration
  • Expertise in packet capture (PCAP) analysis, collection, and protocol decoding
  • Knowledge of virtualization and cloud technologies, including VMware, AWS, and Azure environments
