What You’ll Be Doing:

• Drive the Clear-to-Build (CTB) process and other global materials management processes with our CMs

• Identify and mitigate component-level risks to ensure uninterrupted production.

• Leverage Generative and Agentic AI to improve your workflow processes and data analysis. Customize the visualization of data to achieve cross-functional alignment on materials strategy.

• Implement data-driven inventory management strategies to balance flexibility with risk. Mitigate material liabilities, such as Excess & Obsolete (E&O) and Purchase Price Variance (PPV).

• Collaborate with commodity management and engineering to identify alternate sources of supply, safety stock, demand offsets and other means to stabilize supply.

• Conduct audits to ensure that CM is driving materials in alignment with our demand.

• Contribute to CM performance reviews. Develop and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure CMs' performance.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and resolve material constraints.

What We Need to See:

• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 8+ years' experience within the semiconductor industry

• 8+ years' experience working with global Contract Manufacturing partners.

• Experience in data analytics and a strong ability to build compelling visual presentations using charts and metrics.

• Proficiency in MSExcel (includingadvanced techniques) and working with ERP systems like SAP.

• Be a regular user of AI tools like Gemini and OpenAI.

• Experience with Product Data Management (PDM) systems like Agile or Windchill, with knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM) structures.

What you'll be doing:

• Handle the production planning process at contract manufacturers (CMs) and collaborate with factory managers to address and resolve any emerging issues.

• Drive CM PO commitments in NALA region while coordinating inventory movement of consignment and FG's.

• Provide visibility on supply production plan by handling purchase orders within SAP ERP.

• Act as one of the critical contacts for sales/planning issues to supply shortfall related to the CM factory, providing efficient responses and to bridge any gaps between demand forecasts and production schedules.

• Identify production risks like capacity, material, and quality, and work with supply/demand planning and factory operations to establish a production recovery plan.

• Monitor aging inventory and minimize obsolescence, ensuring optimal stock turnover. Work together with corresponding functional teams on inventory quarantine, rework execution, and shipment recovery.

• This position is a global role which will require engagement with teams in the US and APAC; flexibility in multiple time zones is required.

• Drive planning system enhancements, report automation, and process improvements to support growing global business.

What we need to see:

• BS/BA degree in industrial engineering, finance, manufacturing, operations, business or equivalent experience.

• 5 years of proven experience in supply chain, operations, manufacturing, with a focus on production/supply planning.

• Experience in planning ERP systems such as SAP/ APO/ S4 HANA, and an in-depth understanding of MRP concepts.

• Own operations' supply commitment for multiple networking products like Adapters, Switches and Interconnect that the rest of NVIDIA will rely on to make customer and revenue commitments.

• Craft an optimized requested production schedule considering lot-sizing, priorities, constraints for NVIDIA's execution teams and contract manufacturers globally.

• Guard NVIDIA's liability by working to reduce excess and tightly coordinating with the BU on demand and flexibility trade-offs to ensue every additional liability generated has been carefully weighed.

• Using capacity planning tools, analyze forecast vs supplier capacity, identify capacity gaps and risks; work with suppliers and PCB sourcing to resolve.

• Communicate forecast and meet with PCB and materials suppliers on a monthly basis; get their commitment to meet forecast and track performance to commitments.

• Track PCB excess inventory and work with CM’s and finance to resolve liabilities.

• Coordinate and oversee business management activities including Master Service Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Risk Assessment and Quarterly Business Reviews.

• BS/MS in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience with 8+ years experience in Supply Management and direct experience with PCB technology and industry.
