What You’ll Be Doing:
Collaborate with local Site Leaders, the RESS Regional Lead, and all local employees regarding daily site operational issues.
Coordinate all site operations, including reception, security, emergency response planning, EHS programs, ergonomics, green initiatives, food and beverage services, supplies, asset management, recycling, and happiness surveys.
Work with Site Leadership and the RESS Regional Lead to support a positive Employee Experience through responses to employee needs and action plans based on surveys, suggestion box submissions, and town hall feedback.
Assist Site Leadership in establishing and implementing site-level initiatives, and collaborate with the RESS Regional Lead to align with proven guidelines.
Partner with the RESS Regional Lead to prepare, manage, and forecast site operational costs and budgets, and explore opportunities to enhance cost efficiency and site services.
Coordinate contract administration, insurance, and risk management for all site services and vendors, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Establish and manage regular site occupancy plans and seating assignments using RESS resources to meet business space demands.
Lead and support office moves, expansions, and facilities projects (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing), leveraging RESS regional resources.
Serve as the primary liaison for landlord-provided property management services.
Support the regional HR/Recruitment team with onboarding, university relations events, and coordinate with local IT for telecom, video conferencing, and site-specific technical needs.
What We Need to See:
A college degree, professional training, and/or equivalent experience.
7+ years of experience in a relevant role.
Analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Full proficiency in German andEnglish (writtenand spoken).
High energy and enthusiasm to effectively manage the area of responsibilities and service delivery function.
Ability to operate independently and effectively in an ambiguous environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Site Services Management: Oversee and manage all site services operations across NVIDIA's European regional offices. Ensure the highest standards of facility management practices, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and health and safety protocols. Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a positive working environment for all employees.
Project Management: Lead and manage facilities-related projects, including renovations, relocations, and upgrades to existing infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Monitor project progress, budget, and timelines, ensuring completion to specification and within budget.
Site Leader Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between site leaders and facilities management to ensure alignment on operational needs and resource allocation. Provide strategic guidance and support to site leaders, addressing concerns and proposing solutions to enhance workplace experience. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, promoting open communication and collaboration.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate facilities management or a similar role.
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, managing large regionally distributed teams.
Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in facilities management software and tools.
Fluency in both English and German is highly desirable.
