The CRM Manager is a highly visible role within the tech-focused Moonactive organization in Israel, Tel Aviv-Yafo, that is both strategic and tactical. This position is responsible for driving the entire customer lifecycle by understanding customers, building relationships with them, and analyzing customer metrics. The CRM Manager will play a crucial role in developing and managing strategies, campaigns, workflow processes, and events that optimize customer retention and revenue.
