Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong supplier relationships, ensuring performance and continuous improvement
- Lead contract negotiations and manage the full contract lifecycle
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize value, control costs, and mitigate risks
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing with business needs and compliance
- Oversee end-to-end procurement processes, driving efficiency, transparency, and best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in procurement management for a global company, including complex contracts
- Excellent English and Hebrew (oral & written)
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Project management skills with ability to prioritize and deliver initiatives
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, proactive, and results-driven team player
- Experience with procurement/ERP systems
- An advantage - familiarity with AI and digital tools
- BA/BSc in Technology Management, Business, Finance, or related field
