Responsibilities
- Craft and optimize custom, effective and strategic plans that can help reach business targets.
- Plan, create & implement day-to-day events and promotions strategies to drive growth in business KPIs.
- Focus on player retention and engagement to ensure high lifetime value
- A/B test content and analyze their performance to ensure a smooth user experience.
- Collaborate with the Economy, Design, Product, Technical Operations and Analytics teams to execute top quality monthly events and promotions.
Requirements
- Proven analytical competencies
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with many stakeholders and different teams
- Background in Product Management, Data Analysis, Sales, Digital Marketing or Growth Management.
- Proven experience in execution and full ownership of projects
- Interest in mobile games
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Management or Business Administration.
