MongoDB is always looking for enthusiastic and driven Enterprise Account Executives in its Stockholm, Sweden office. This role involves actively working to build and manage relationships with large corporate partners and customers, and growing MongoDB's business in Sweden. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a key role in helping to achieve MongoDB's mission of becoming the leading provider of cloud-led data platform and services worldwide. You will be an integral part of MongoDB's Global Sales team, engaging with customers and partners to develop and cultivate opportunities and ensure business growth. You should have at least 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of accomplishments. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a capacity for understanding customer needs. You should have knowledge of the Swedish tech industry, or the ability to quickly develop the knowledge. Previous experience managing accounts and selling software solutions is desirable. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will build and maintain strategic relationships with large corporate accounts, create revenue growth plans and generate sales through upselling and cross-selling, as well as develop onboarding plans for new accounts. Knowledge and experience of existing and emerging technologies, such as cloud solutions and digital transformations, is essential for this role.
