What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive growth through upsell and cross-sell across your account portfolio
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Own all commercial aspects of your accounts and serve as the main point of contact
• Forecast and deliver quarterly net new ARR targets
• Negotiate and close expansions, and other commercial agreements
• Track key account metrics
• Collaborate with CSMs, legal, product, and other teams to unlock value and resolve challenges
• Lead strategic account planning aligned with customer goals
• Champion customer needs internally to influence product and strategy

What we’re looking for — must-haves:

• 2+ years of experience in Account Management or Sales in a B2B SaaS environment
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals through expansion and retention
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Native Hebrew speaker (required) with high proficiency in English
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
• Ability to build trust and influence at multiple levels within customer organizations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Prospecting into strategic existing business accounts (within the Benelux region) via cold call, email and social strategies.
• Drive sales growth and create pipeline together with account management team.
• Lead creative strategies and target decision-makers at prospect and existing accounts.
• Mapping Strategic and Enterprise Accounts to identify decision makers and create long term relationships
• Understanding clients needs to create a value proposition selling.
• Ability to stay up to date in the SaaS landscape and demonstrate our platform value.

• Minimum 1 year of inside sales or sales development experience (selling over the phone, cold calling), preferably B2B at a software company
• Native English - MUST (other languages a plus)
• Sales experience working with Benelux region is a plus
• Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Self-starter, goal oriented
• Ability to work in a time-sensitive and high volume environment
• Prior experience with a CRM and other sales automation tools is a plus

• Play a critical role in promoting data-driven decision-making and optimize our product to directly impact the success and growth of our platform
• Be the primary analytical focal point for your group and main stakeholders*
• Lead deep dive analysis to uncover new opportunities and directly determine the product roadmap
• Responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying key insights, and translating them into actionable recommendations to enhance our product offerings
• Develop hypotheses, design experiments, and conduct A/B tests to measure the impact of product changes and optimize key metrics.
• Create and maintain dashboards to track product performance, monitor KPIs, and communicate insights to the team.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to identify opportunities for product improvements based on data data-driven insights.

• 2+ years of experience in a similar data analyst role
• Proficiency level of SQL - must

• Collaborative Security:
• Security Strategy and Implementation: Lead proactive and reactive security measures to protect our cloud infrastructure, focusing on fortification, defense, and incident response. Emphasize "shift left" practices to integrate security early in the development lifecycle.
• Technology and Identity Management: Oversee a diverse range of security solutions to ensure systems are robust and aligned with best practices. Implement identity and access management solutions and configure cloud environments securely to protect sensitive data and resources.
• Incident Monitoring and Response: Monitor for and respond to incidents in the cloud environment, ensuring rapid detection and resolution to maintain system integrity and security.
• Testing and Readiness: Conduct regular testing and drills to ensure preparedness and continuous improvement in areas such as DDOS protection and incident response.
• Infrastructure and Performance: Perform infrastructure reviews, develop security guidelines, and define KPIs and SLAs to drive security outcomes.

• Experience and Expertise: 5+ years in DevOps, DevSecOps, or Production Engineering, with a focus on attack surface reduction, threat hunting, and detection, preferably in SaaS organizations.
• Organizational Experience: Experience working in large modern Saas engineering organizations (>250 developers), with a product-focused and engineering mindset.
• Ownership and Initiative: Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of projects, driving them to completion with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
• Collaboration and Communication: Positive team player who excels in collaborative environments, working effectively with cross-functional teams and engaging with external vendors to integrate solutions and achieve common goals.
• DevOps Security Mindset: Deep understanding of secure development lifecycles and infrastructure, with experience in building and managing the full application release cycle (CI/CD).
• Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills with a comprehensive understanding of systems, cloud infrastructure, networking, firewall rules management, and application security. Familiarity with Linux environments, scripting, and programming.
• Security Knowledge: Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices, with experience working with Cloud Detection and Response (CDR) systems to enhance threat detection and response capabilities.

• Ensure 24/7 monitoring of security alerts and incidents within a team of highly skilled SOC analysts
• Establish and enforce SOC processes, procedures and workflows to detect, analyze, contain and eliminate incidents efficiently
• Prepare incident response plans and playbooks for different types of security incidents (e.g., malware outbreaks, data breaches, DDoS attacks)
• Communicate with stakeholders and resolve security incidents as part of incident response activities
• Identify root causes of incidents and recommend corrective actions to prevent future ones
• Manage, maintain and optimize the SOC's security monitoring tools, SIEM systems and other technologies
• Optimize and configure security tools to provide maximum visibility
• Define, monitor and achieve targets for key performance indicators (KPIs) for SOC operations
• Prepare regular reports on SOC activities, incident trends, and metrics for senior management and stakeholders

• 5+ years as a Security Operations Center (SOC) analyst in a global, enterprise-level environment - MUST!
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GIAC) preferred
• Hands-on experience implementing and managing threat detection - MUST!
• Deep experience in security automation, with a focus on developing and implementing SOAR solutions
• Experience in WAF alerts and logs to detect various attack vectors (DDOS, SQL injection)
• Knowledge in Splunk, including ML models for anomaly detection.
• Experience in leading incident response.
• Extensive experience working within multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS applications.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of evolving cybersecurity threats.
