Siu Advocate Property jobs at Lemonade

Assist Claims Advocates in insurance Property investigations as it pertains to suspicious indicators

Serve as a liaison between NICB & local and federal law enforcement agencies

Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with Lemonade Integral Staff

Assist in the reporting, analysis, and investigation of policies suspected of fraud related to claims and underwriting

Attend and provide essential fraud awareness training

Prepare and submit initial and follow-up reports detailing all findings and actions taken on suspicious claims

2+ years of investigative claims experience in Property claims in the insurance industry, with excellent customer focus (and experience working with SIU)

Working knowledge of investigative techniques for Property Claims, i.e., Theft, Fire, Water and Weather losses

Ability to analyze data, plan case strategy, prepare case reports, and partner with Claims team members to prove or rule out suspect factors on property losses

Tech savvy and comfortable with advanced investigative tools (ISO, Accurint, TLO, etc.)

Able to create and implement investigative processes

10+ years of experience in P&C claims, with an emphasis on property claims

3+ years in a senior leadership role within the claims world

Proven skills in managing and scaling a big team, with a knack for leading leaders and nurturing emerging talent

Passion for AI and technology, with a track record of leveraging digital tools to enhance business outcomes and customer satisfaction

Stellar strategic thinking with a track record of using data analytics for shining up processes

Expertise in pulling, interpreting, and weaving data insights into engaging narratives for stakeholders across all levels

Liability and Litigation claims handling exp. preferred

Unmatched problem-solving chops, with an intuitive sense of when to dive into details and when to steer the ship from a strategic horizon

Experience working hand-in-hand with TPAs and managing partner relationships

Bachelor’s degree, required; bonus points for advanced degrees or industry certifications (e.g., CPCU)
