Qualifications

  • Experience with S/4 HANA finance transformation projects require

  • Actively work with Business Resources to determine the technical solution that best meets the business requirements

  • Experience and knowledge of integration points of FI/CO modules and across other SAP modules

  • Responsible for Enhancements, projects as well as adhoc support to troubleshoot, investigate, analyze and solve production issues

  • Responsible for working with business users and clients to gather and document business requirements for system changes and to develop solutions to satisfy business needs

  • Responsible for analyzing the impact changes will have on other internal/external business application systems

  • Responsible for developing all documentation related to system changes per SOX change control policies and procedures

  • Review current finance and accounting business processes to determine where automation / improvements will drive efficiency. Identify process inefficiencies, recommend innovative uses of software functionality, design, implement solutions and train end-users

  • This is a hybrid role based at our Global HQ in Milpitas, CA.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business (Finance), Computer Information Systems or related field

  • Eight (8) years functional and technical experience with SAP FI/CO Module in ERP system, with analysis and design of business applications related to the FICO area including but not limited to: Fixed assets, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, product costing, PCA, CCA, interfaces to subsystems

  • Experience with S/4 HANA Finance transformation projects is required

  • Knowledge and experience with ABAP programming and SAP RAR is a plus

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with planners, peers and executive leadership

  • Previous experience in systems support activities, i.e. business to IT liaison

  • Previous experience in defining system requirement and defining test scenarios

The RAPID division is the leading provider of reticle inspection solutions for the semiconductor industry. We provide inspection solutions to both the mask shops and the semiconductor fabs to ensure that lithography yields are consistently high, enabling cost-effective manufacturing.

As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will craft sophisticated precision mechanical and opto-mechanical inspection systems for next-generation semiconductor equipment. You will take full ownership of the design process—from requirements specification and feasibility studies to detailed design, prototyping, testing, and handoff to manufacturing.

This is a hands-on role where you will:
  • Lead the design, fabrication, and performance characterization of advanced mechanical systems.

  • Build and maintain technical relationships with vendors.

Own the full lifecycle of mechanical design including:

  • Requirements specification

  • Feasibility studies Analysis and FEA modeling

  • Conceptual and detailed design

  • Creation of detailed drawings

  • Design review presentations

  • Procurement of prototype parts

  • Support for prototype testing and system integration

  • Handoff to manufacturing and issue resolution through all product phases

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply advanced knowledge of tolerance analysis, GD&T, error budgeting, and requirement flow-up/flow-down.

  • Perform finite element analysis, creep and stress relaxation, modal analysis, and thermal analysis (heat transfer, gradients, transients, thermo-elastic effects).

  • Select materials and resolve fabrication methods.

  • Utilize 3D solid modeling CAD tools—ProE/Creo strongly preferred.

  • Understand and apply mechanical manufacturing processes including machining, sheet metal fabrication, and welding.
