1. Responsible for mechanical maintenance of various production equipment;
2. Be responsible for the daily maintenance and upkeep of all equipment within the jurisdiction; cooperate in completing relevant auditing tasks.

1. Process quality control
• Participate in and promote the improvement work of CPK 2.0
• On-site SPC control at key control points; regular process capability monitoring for key projects
• Weekly/monthly quality data statistical analysis, TOP problem improvement and tracking
• Lead/participate in the improvement of internal sudden quality issues.
• Develop a plan to implement product audits and process audits
2. Laboratory management
• Regular measurement system analysis management (measurement type & counting type), external calibration management of measuring tools
• Regular internal calibration management of on-site inspection tools and auxiliary inspection equipment
• On-site inspection tools and auxiliary inspection tools for verifying the effectiveness of class management and control
• Participate in the design of experimental schemes for new projects, as well as the formulation and management of product testing instructions
• Laboratory qualification management recognized by customers (such as GP10)
• Automated measurement and computerized detection data
3. Customer quality and system management;
• Improvement analysis of client-side quality issues and timely output of 8D reports
• Internal/external quality issue list management
• Manage internal changes in accordance with the company's change management process

Job Summary:
Support quality system implementation to meet customer and internal requirements, and support new businesses/projects to obtain certification for product and management systems. Support businesses in continuous improvement of their QMS performance. Provide training on quality management systems. Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field. 2-3 years experience with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 management systems. Experience with automotive industry preferred. Knowledge of Six Sigma tools and methods. Good English language skills (reading and writing). Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office). Excellent communication skills. Self-motivated, proactive approach to problem solving.

• Manage production department by supervising and coaching production employees. Ensure that department works towards achieving safety, quality, productivity and efficiency goals.
• Lead production planning team for on-time delivery, inventory control, logistic control, packaging material control etc.
• Lead production HC saving, conversion plan to meet plant future plan.
• Involve in the project of production machine automation, digital factory, smart production.
• Work with other teams for process optimize and quality improvement
• Process control according to SOP(standard of procedure)
• Lead quality team for quality improvement, quality system management, quality complains, and Cpk improvement.
• Support plant policies, programs and initiatives and actively work under leadership of manufacturing director to continuously analyze and improve these policies, programs and initiatives.

- Performing internal system audit and trainer for quality system- Analyzing OEM claim and raise objections. Approval for design and 4M change
- Assure that all new / modified parts are accompanied by the correct released documents Supplier Quality
- Planning audit plan for all suppliers
- Managing PPM supplier and receiving feedback about issues
- Communicate to supplier and track completion of customer specific requirements
- Approve supplier PPAP submission
- Define the early production containment plan at supplier as well as incoming
inspection
- Make an action plan for long and short term target- Reviewing the document of IATF 16949 procedure
- Do audit in process regularly(LPA)- Quality KPI management(Defect rate, COPQ, SCRAP, Claim…)

1) Responsible for preparing product process documents (FMEA, control plan, work instructions, etc.), promptly resolving technical issues, improving work processes, and increasing productivity
2) Responsible for the design and verification of fixtures and jigs;

Responsible for assigned new project sourcing, RFQ, price analysis, negotiation and cross function alignment, on time delivery with right Quality/ Time/ Price.

Initiate and implement necessary purchasing projects, conduct supplier market research and evaluation, negotiate prices and capacities, improve cost/production effectiveness.

Implement regional purchasing strategy for assigned commodities including but not limited to new supplier development, benchmarking, cost model etc.

Support programs launch to meet timing and quality requirement.
