In this role, you will communicate with office staff regarding facility-related issues or information, in line with any corporate guidelines, serve as the onsite contact for building management and local service providers, and review and understand local office lease terms and requirements.You'll manage office overhead and monitor financial reports to ensure accuracy, provide input to annual business planning as it relates to the local office, and ensure all required Real Estate Operations Finance reporting and reviews are completed. In addition, you will process invoices and charges related to local facility management, generate purchase requests, approve invoices and gather bid when needed for Facilities requirements or changes, as well asprovide support for Human Resources where requested and other duties assigned by your supervisor.

As a Senior Transportation Project Manager, you will perform oversight of planning, analysis, design and engineering support for all phases of the project development process. As a Senior Traffic Engineer in Dallas, Texas, you will work in the areas of Traffic Engineering Design including traffic signals, interchange evaluation, roundabouts, signing/pavement marking, MOT; ITS Design including Interconnect design, DMS and system detection design. On the Traffic Operations side the areas include - traffic operations analysis, safety analysis and traffic macro/micro modeling. You will work closely with other members of the team in delivering traffic engineering projects including traffic operational analysis, traffic microsimulation models, roadway design, signal design, ITS design, signing and marking, and/or construction traffic control plans, etc. You will develop leadership skills by providing technical direction and mentoring to less experienced personnel. We’d rely on your collaboration skills to coordinate interdisciplinary work for overall project success as well as encourage you to bring your fresh ideas to work every day. You’ll prepare and manage detailed electrical power systems design for water and wastewater treatment facilities. You’ll work with a knowledgeable and supportive team as you develop One-Line Diagrams, Motor Control Diagrams, Panel Schedules, Conduit Routing, Load Calculations, and Voltage Drop Calculations as well coordinate with the Electric Utility Company for new services as needed. As a supporter of various clients, you’ll use AGi32 lighting software to perform calculations and provide photometrics. In addition to preparation of contract drawings during the design phase, the role will require writing and editing electrical specifications, selecting equipment, electrical systems and devices. In the construction phase, the role will require reviewing submittals, RFIs, change orders, preparation of record drawings, conduct site visits, inspections and participate in start-up activities. You will be a part and parcel of electrical safety in design and conducting arc flash analyses and other electrical studies for our clients.
