Our Government IT and Security (GITS) Team is looking for a Government Information Security Capture Representative to review and represent United States Government security data safeguarding requirements during opportunity and contract reviews. In addition, this role will serve as Scrum Master to multiple teams within GITS.

GITS Opportunity Capture Representative and Scrum Master’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Function as a liaison between the Intel Federal Capture and Proposal teams and Intel's Information Security Organization.
  • Conduct initial reviews of opportunity documentation to determine USG data safeguarding requirements.
  • Review incoming contracts and RFPs to understand federal security data safeguarding requirements, provide contract modification recommendations, and drive security requirements to GITS based on regulatory direction contracts and other security engagements.

This role fills these responsibilities:

Cultivate customer engagement: Enable customer first technical engagement to ensure Intel products deliver features, requirements, and execution to delight our customers.

Ensure compliance: Oversee program performance against regulatory and internal standards and ensure timely reporting and review.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • MS degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 15+ years' experience in computer silicon architecture, security, or related roles;
  • 8+ years in senior leadership positions managing global teams and operational programs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity security and privacy technologies and standards
  • Understanding of Security Development Lifecycles (SDL)
  • Knowledge of computer architecture (CPU, SoC, chipsets, BIOS, Firmware, Drivers, and others)
  • Working knowledge of hardware or software architecture and design
  • Strong communication and influence skills to inform and influence a variety of internal and external audiences including customers, architects, managers, and developers
