  • Responsible for TNA(Training/developmentNeeds Analysis) through department managers, Planning and Execution of the training and development plan.

  • Responsible for strategizing, planning, coordinating, and executing the internal and external communication, linking communication to business strategy, operations, and organizational development and transformation programs. Establish organizational pride and a recognizable employment brand. Deliver messages (e.g. video clips, newsletter articles, open forums, manager waterfall information packages, website, social media etc) that are congruent with DDGs mission, vision and culture. Create and track communication indicators and programs to improve employee's sentiment and talent retention.

  • Responsible for coordinating the overall CW engagement, including the budgeting, ensuring spending is within the approved allocation, and facilitating issue resolutions.

  • Responsible for coordinating and executing the DMS and RUNDA to protects Intel when disclosing Intel Top Secret (ITS) information to external recipients.

Qualifications:

Candidate must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Arts, Science or related field. With at least 4 years of related experiences in program coordination, training and people development, communication experience, and contract worker engagement and management.

We created the Intel Atom Processor (E-Core), a disruptive technology that enables a broad range of devices including entry PC's, smartphones, modems, 2 in 1 laptops, micro-servers, and other Internet-of-Things IoT devices. You will be part of a team, participating in the design of a future generation high performance Intel E-core microprocessor. You will work as a key member of a team participating in the design of E-core CPUs.

The Responsibilities for this position will include but not be limited to:

  • Manage a team of design engineers responsible for RTL to GDS activities.
  • Plan, allocate resources, assign tasks and direct activities of the team to meet aggressive schedules and achieve milestone criteria.
  • Identify and analyse progress gating issues and implement plans, tasks, and provide quick solutions.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate must possess a minimum of a BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering with at least 7 years of hands on experience in this area and at least 3 years of experience in leading a team either as technical lead or as manager.
Additional qualifications include:Hands-on experience in the following areas:

  • Block floor planning, RTL to gate level netlist generation through synthesis, DFT insertion, placement, clock tree synthesis and route flows, power and static timing analysis and closure, validation of physical design including timing, electrical rules, DRC/LVS, noise, electromigration checks, formal equivalence verification.
  • Successfully led one or more design tape-outs of complex, high performance, low-power CPUs.
  • Able to provide technical leadership to a team of engineers involved in RTL to GDS APR build and verification flows.
  • Able to provide technical guidance and support to team members throughout the project design cycle.
  • Excellent verbal communication, technical presentation and leadership skills. Self-motivated and well organized.
  • Candidate should be familiar with Synopsys or Cadence build tools.

The role will also be required to perform the responsibilities associated to sponsorship of both subsidiary workers and contingent workers (CWs) within Intel's systems, such as asset management, network and system permissions, approval of CW supplier invoices and the initiation or termination of CW supplier engagements, as directed by Intel. Specific job responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:

Management of subsidiary worker and CW onboarding and offboarding, engagement with supply chain and procurement leads to drive issue resolution, coordination and management of the interim purchase requisition process and approvals, execution of new supplier registration and onboarding, purchase requisition tracking and approvals of supplier invoices.


As a Project Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Executes problems/tasks in delivery of specific objectives or general goals.
2. Develops solutions to problems by exercising judgment and discretion.
3. Interprets and applies controlling business strategies or corporate policies and deviates as judged appropriate.

12. Manage Contingent Workforce Engagements/Updates for interim sponsor incl. job posting, SOWs etc.
13. Coordinate and Manage Purchase Requisition process and approvals by Intel including Risk
14. Work closely with Supply Chain and Procurement functional tracks.
15. Ensure compliance with established controls and processes.1. Written and Verbal skills; communicateinternally/externally,cross-organizationallyas well as tailor messaging for audience.
