What you will be doing
- Applies technicalbackground/specializedtechnology domain knowledge to manage complex projects and/or programs that are directly tied to the development, implementation, or upgrade of technology solutions/services.
- Collaborates across organizations to develop detailed plan(s) and manages all implementation processes including change control process, testing, documentation, training, while ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, resource allocation, and scope.
- Outlines proposals for assigned projects and/or programs including business objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
- Develops a comprehensive schedule(s) while monitoring future work to proactively adjust for unforeseen scheduling challenges.
- Reviews the project/program schedule with all relevant stakeholders to make updates as and when required.
- Assesses subproject dependencies and program constructs by leveraging multiple methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and develops project/program indicators to manage program health including schedule, quality, and timelines.
- Communicates anomalies clearly by concisely stating the problem and specific impact to the project.
- Identifies tasks, assesses costs, identifies, and assigns specific resources, and communicates expectations to team members.
- Reviews user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity.
- Conducts project/program close out assessment and creates a recommendations report documenting the successful and unsuccessful project/program elements.
- Consulting Business Development: Lead business development with new and existing customers, promoting the team's services across the company and identifying opportunities for new engagements

- Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent degree) with 4+ years or master's with 3+ years of Program management experience. 3+ years of demonstrated knowledge with product/software life cycles. 3+ years' experience managing stakeholders across technology teams. 3+ years' experience managing senior level stakeholders.

- PMP Certification -Lean Six Sigma certification or Business Process Management or continuous improvement experience.
