Responsible to coordinate and execute various programs ranging from training and people development programs, contract worker engagement and management, DMS (Disclosure Management System) and RUNDA (Restricted Use Non-Disclosure Agreement), and Department Communication.
Responsible for TNA(Training/developmentNeeds Analysis) through department managers, Planning and Execution of the training and development plan.
Responsible for strategizing, planning, coordinating, and executing the internal and external communication, linking communication to business strategy, operations, and organizational development and transformation programs. Establish organizational pride and a recognizable employment brand. Deliver messages (e.g. video clips, newsletter articles, open forums, manager waterfall information packages, website, social media etc) that are congruent with DDGs mission, vision and culture. Create and track communication indicators and programs to improve employee's sentiment and talent retention.
Responsible for coordinating the overall CW engagement, including the budgeting, ensuring spending is within the approved allocation, and facilitating issue resolutions.
Responsible for coordinating and executing the DMS and RUNDA to protects Intel when disclosing Intel Top Secret (ITS) information to external recipients.
Candidate must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Arts, Science or related field. With at least 4 years of related experiences in program coordination, training and people development, communication experience, and contract worker engagement and management.
