Key Responsibilities
Perform computations and duties necessary for payroll preparation and processing.
Create and maintain employee master data and payroll reports.
Ensure accurate payment of wages and benefits.

Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
Provide Finance with general ledger interfaces, journal entries, and month-end reports.

The Human Resources Automation and Optimization Specialist will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing automation solutions to optimize HR processes. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and HR acumen to drive efficiency and improve the overall employee experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR systems, process design, and self-service, coupled with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Process Analysis and Improvement:

The Foundry Incentives Finance Specialist is responsible for the accurate forecasting and program management of Incentives program: Advanced Manufacturing Investment Credit (AMIC).
Key responsibilities:
Support the AMIC scoping forecast, subledger booking and annual tax filing process.
Manage POR, LRP and Close process in partnership with the Program Lead and Capital Finance partners.
Continuous forecast accuracy improvement, identify opportunities for process improvement and automation not limited to grant calculation, Master asset list, SAP Book 92, etc.
Ensure compliance with contractual agreement key criteria and establish controls including physical inventory audits, operationalizing AMIC audit mitigation plans, maintaining AMIC documentation (educational and acumen, scoping methodology, MRC meeting minutes), and system of record.
