  • Serves as technical liaison and assist specialists in the design and integration of policies, systems procedures, databases, software.
  • Develops, modifies, and supports human resources automation and provides timely and accurate updates to Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS).
  • Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for users.
  • Provides support in administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise level applications that support operations.
  • Audits, updates, verifies, and maintains associated data in HRMS, including promotions, adjustments, new hire approvals, rehires and data corrections for periodic reports of employee record data.
  • Performs system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing and implementation of HRMS upgrades or patches.
  • Reviews and conducts regularly scheduled audits and updates of human resources data ensuring that information provided on various human resources data forms is consistent with HRMS standards to ensure data integrity.
  • Participates in system testing relative to patches, fixes,upgrades/conversions,or new module implementations.

Strategic and Analytical Responsibilities:

  • Draft and prepare materials for the Compensation Committee, including presentations, benchmarking data, and program recommendations.
  • Lead the development and updates of the Compensation Discussion and Analysis section of the proxy statement in collaboration with Legal and Finance teams.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking studies using compensation surveys and peer group analysis.
  • Model and analyze executive compensation scenarios, including equity grants, incentive payouts, and total compensation packages.

Program Execution and Administration:

  • Administer executive compensation programs including annual and long-term incentive plans, equity awards, and deferred compensation.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Payroll to ensure accurate execution and reporting of compensation programs.
  • Maintain and audit executive compensation data in Workday and equity systems.
  • Support the preparation of SEC filings and other regulatory disclosures related to executive pay.

Compliance and Governance:

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations including SEC, IRS (e.g., 409A), and FASB standards.
  • Monitor governance trends and regulatory changes affecting executive compensation.
  • Assist in preparing materials for shareholder engagement and Say-on-Pay initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with Legal, Finance, and Investor Relations to align compensation strategies with corporate goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR Business Partners and senior leadership on executive pay matters.

As the Logistics Business Analyst for our Semiconductor Wafer Foundry ERP Transformation, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our project. You will be responsible for reviewing, providing inputs, and approving various documents and scripts related to configuration, testing, security, integration, cutover planning, and user acceptance testing. Your analytical insights and attention to detail will contribute to the alignment of our systems with industry best practices. In this job you are required to work with a global team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes complex business problems and develops recommendations, gathers and clarifies business requirements, answers questions about data elements and how they relate to business processes and workflows.
  • Configuration Management: Organizes business design sessions and blueprinting to arrive at the future state tool, process and people design. Relays client feedback, instructs the development team to make amendments and determines the feasibility of proposed features Review, provide inputs, and approve Configuration Design Documents to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Documentation and Approval: Provide inputs to Level 3 Process Flows, Solution Design Decisions, and Fit gap analysis. Collaborate on defining security roles and controls related to logistics process. Review and approve analytics requirements. Assess and approve change impacts resulting from process modifications.
  • Testing and Integration: Tests feature prototypes by involving clients and recording their experiences. Assist in the development of Functional Unit Test scripts and validate FUT results. Support the development and validation of Security Unit Test scripts and results. Collaborate on the development of Integration Test scripts to verify system functionality. Analyze and validate Integration Test results to identify any issues or discrepancies. Helps conduct user acceptance testing to determine whether the prototype meets the requirements of the project under consideration
  • Cutover and Data Migration: Contribute to the development and execution of the cutover plan, ensuring a smooth transition to the new ERP system. Monitor and validate data loads during cutover cycles to ensure data accuracy and completeness. On smaller efforts, performs the project management function, including scope, time, and quality (including data quality) management and may work on several applications, projects and programs simultaneously. Records, monitors and publishes critical project, program, process key performance indicators, documents progress and reports to senior stakeholders regularly. Reviews existing reports, metrics, makes recommendations to improve quality and efficiency of business processes, when applicable.

The length of the contract will be 2 years, with potential extension a 3rd year.
