Job Description:

This role's responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Supports the deployment of human resources software solutions for the human capital management initiatives of the organization, while partnering with Human Resources and business partners to ensure success.

• Serves as technical liaison and assist specialists in the design and integration of policies, systems procedures, databases, software.

• Develops, modifies, and supports human resources automation and provides timely and accurate updates to Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS).Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for users.

• Provides support in administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise level applications that support operations.

• Audits, updates, verifies, and maintains associated data in HRMS, including promotions, adjustments, new hire approvals, rehires and data corrections for periodic reports of employee record data.

• Performs system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing and implementation of HRMS upgrades or patches.

• Reviews and conducts regularly scheduled audits and updates of human resources data ensuring that information provided on various human resources data forms is consistent with HRMS standards to ensure data integrity.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, System Engineering orrelated field, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
1+ years of experience in the following:

- Workday configuration

- MS Office, MS Project, Visio
- Excel, in particular with data validation, pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, etc.
- Experience with SaaS Solutions design and configuration on Payroll and/or Recruiting modules
