The role is hybrid based out of our Dublin or Maidenhead office.

You will report to the head of Sales Enablement.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute enablement strategies to drive sales growth and productivity across EMEA & APJ regions.
  • Manage and lead a team of enablement professionals to design, develop, and deliver training programs, sales tools, and content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and maximum impact of enablement initiatives.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted enablement solutions to address gaps.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans to support enablement initiatives.
What We'd Like to See
  • 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and productivity through enablement initiatives.
Role Essentials
  • Experience leading and managing teams.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and technologies.
