Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do- Manage and optimize the testing and personalization roadmap, including A/B tests and hypothesis-driven projects.
- Develop and adjust personalization campaigns using Adobe Target and Adobe Experience Manager, aligned with digital programs, product launches, and promotions.
- Drive program growth by integrating internal and external data sources into Adobe.
- Lead research to prioritize website testing, personalization, and usability enhancements.
- Create and manage testing plans, including design mock-ups and recommendations for copy, images, and layouts.
- Perform QA, engage the team for testing, and track results to provide monthly updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain a repository of test hypotheses, results, and insights, along with a best practices playbook for campaign optimization.
- Report on funnel analysis and assist in regional growth initiatives.
What We'd Like to See- Experience with statistical concepts related to website testing.
- General knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative research practices.
- Experience with user insight tools (e.g., Full Story preferred).
- Strong collaboration skills in fast-paced environments.
- Superior attention to detail and keen troubleshooting abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Role Essentials- Strong analytical focus with proven experience in A/B testing and personalization.
- Proficiency in Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Experience Manager.
- Demonstrated ability to improve customer engagement and ROI through digital strategies.
- BA/BS or equivalent educational background, we will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- Supervises Operational Duties of Staff
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience
