Your role and responsibilities

As an integral part of our MCC IBM.com Team, you will assist in advancing our website experience, ensuring it delights visitors and encourages engagement with our brand. Your role will encompass various activities, including but not limited to:

  • Ticket Management: Take ownership of ticketed work assignments, addressing requests from initiation to completion. Ensure that all tasks are executed efficiently and within deadlines.
  • Issue Resolution: Analyze recurring issues and recommend potential fixes where applicable. Document and share insights with the team to enhance our knowledge base and develop best practices.
  • Collaborative Problem Solving: Foster a cooperative work environment by seeking answers to challenges from various sources including available documentation, education or leveraging insights from peers.
  • Learning Opportunity: Gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day activities of an Operations Professional, including support tasks, project management, and team collaboration initiatives.

  • Basic knowledge of CMS platforms, HTML and CSS

Your role and responsibilities

The Blue Studio program manager is a key orchestrator, overseeing program expectations among stakeholders. As a Program Management Intern, your responsibilities may include:

· Understanding the program and its impact, acting as a voice to bring concerns or issues back to key stakeholders

· Leading enablement, adoption, and communication strategy on the specific program

· Acting as a leader for the team, ensuring team dependencies are met

· Guiding short-term and long-term planning exercises with the creative team by putting appropriate structure and timelines in place to meet forecast demand

· Being responsible for the escalation of service issues against assigned areas of responsibility

· Ensuring that appropriate creative workflows and prioritization exercises are routine and raises blockers as needed
