This Senior Advanced Semiconductor Engineer position will assist with diagnostics and repair of semiconductor equipment at Honeywell’s locations in the tech industry. This role will be an integral part of the organization, as responsible for reviewing and creating processes and procedures designed to maximize Honeywell’s semiconductor equipment productivity. The Senior Advanced Semiconductor Engineer will: • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot all types of semiconductor equipment • Implement processes and procedures for quality, cost, and production • Develop and improve semiconductor processing methods to ensure consistent yield • Coordinate with other departments to ensure equipment is properly serviced • Support, assist, and guide personnel in the area of semiconductor equipment and process optimization • Develop and implement intra-departmental technical training and continuous improvement of semiconductor processes • Ensure that all customers’ demands and needs are met • Collaborate with operations and quality engineering to ensure process designs are optimized Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a related field and have 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry. The candidate should be familiar with state-of-the-art equipment and have excellent troubleshooting skills.
