The Senior HR Director at Honeywell is in charge of leading and running the company’s Human Resources Department. The Senior HR Director is responsible for guiding and advising top leadership in the organization on creating an effective people strategy. The Senior HR Director will draw on their technical expertise in Human Resources to ensure that the core aims of the organization are delivered.
The Senior HR Director will help to create and manage a people plan to be implemented throughout the company; the plan should focus around talent acquisition, talent management, development and performance. They will need to review organization requirements and create Compensation and Benefits plans which are market competitive and ensure the organization is meeting HR regulations and legal obligations.
