This position is intended toconvey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materialswhen the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 orearly 2026.
As a Capital Markets Director you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our capital markets activities. You will be accountable for developing and executing strategies to raise capital, manage financial risks, and enhance the company's financial position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute capital markets strategies to raise capital and optimize the company's financial position
- Manage relationships with financial institutions, including banks and investors
- Identify and evaluate capital market opportunities and risks
- Guide capital market transactions, including debt issuances and refinancing
- Monitor market trends and economic conditions to inform decision-making
- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership and business units
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in capital markets, treasury, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of capital markets, financial instruments, and financial risk management
- Proven track record of executing capital market transactions and managing relationships with financial institutions
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and people-oriented skills
