As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering Honeywell’s product roadmaps. You will proactively research customer requirements, understand market trends, design product solutions and ensure their successful launch and adoption. Specific duties may include driving external market research to anticipate customer needs, identify growth opportunities and develop strategies. You will be responsible for collaborating with design, marketing, engineering and customer service to plan the product development lifecycle, ensuring the continuity of product delivery. Additionally, you will conduct product demonstrations to customers and prospects, create and profile pricing and promotional strategies, and review existing business processes for improvements.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a strategic and analytical mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills. You should also be comfortable with quickly adapting to a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multitask and manage several projects at any given time. A degree in engineering, science or technology and at least 3 years of product management experience is preferred, however, impressive candidates from outside of these fields may still be considered.
