As a Manufacturing / Quality IT Manager here at Honeywell,you will be accountable for the administration and maintenance of ourmanufacturing systems, ensuring their reliability, security, and optimalperformance. You will play a critical role in assisting our manufacturingoperations and driving continuous improvement in our systems and processes. Youwill report directly to our IT Director, and you'll work out of Morris Plains locationon a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have the opportunity to makea significant impact by:
- Overseeing thesetup, maintenance, and performance optimization of manufacturing systems SAPProduction Planning (PP)
- Experience with at least twofull lifecycle implementations of SAP ERP (ECC and/or S/4HANA) specificallyworking with the SAP Production Planning (PP) module
- Experience with at least onefull lifecycle implementation with SAP Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
- Experience integrating SAP PPwith a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and SAP Quality Management (QM)
- Experience designing custom RICEF solutions and writingfunctional specifications
- Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, includingownership of Bills of Material (BOM) and Master Data Management (MDM)tools/systems for manufacturing data- Monitoring theperformance of our systems, identifying and resolving technical issues- Ensuring robust system security and compliance withestablished protocols
- Documenting systemconfigurations, processes, and procedures to facilitate knowledge transfer andstandardization

• Oversee the setup, maintenance, and performanceoptimization of manufacturing systems
• Monitor theperformance of our systems, identifying and resolving technical issues
• Work with cross-functional teams to plan and executesystem upgrades and enhancements
• Ensure robustsystem security and compliance with established protocols
• Document system configurations, processes, and proceduresto facilitate knowledge transfer and standardization
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in in SAP ProductionPlanning (PP), MRP, MES, QM, FICO related, PLM, BOM and MDM
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations, preferably incomplex industrial equipment (or similar) and assembly line operations
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management, includingEngineering BOMs and Manufacturing BOMs
• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, InformationTechnology, or a related field
• Industry-recognized certifications in systemsadministration or network management
• Previous experience in cloud-based systems administration
• A strong insight into cybersecurity ethics and bestpractices
• Familiarity withvirtualization technologies
• Demonstrated project management skills and the ability toguide system upgrade initiatives
This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.
