Your role:

As a Graduate working with either our Sales or Pricing and Estimation teams, your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and complete solution and pricing proposals to customer requests for tender and new business pitches.
• You will be involved in driving sales for new and existing customers; and developing business through lead generation and lead development.
• Research to understand customer business requirements and new opportunities to manage operational issues and develop customer specific unique value proposition.
• Prepare reports and documentation to conduct ongoing customer reviews.
• Increasing sales by recommending new solution offerings to existing customers.
• Growing the customer base and influencing cross-functional teams to eliminate barriers to sales success.

Skills and Experience

• Engineering Degree: Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical or Mechatronics Engineering, with a 2nd degree in Business, Commerce, Finance or Marketing preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a customer driven sales environment.
