The customer experience professional role at Honeywell in the tech industry is an exciting and multifaceted position. As a Customer Experience Professional, you will be the primary point of contact representing Honeywell in the tech industry, engaging and developing relationships with clients, directing sales initiatives, and tailoring customer solutions to meet customer specific needs.
The ideal candidate for the Customer Experience Professional role should have strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills to best promote Honeywell’s services and products. In this position, you’ll be responsible for managing customer engagements by understanding customer challenges and needs.
