JOB DESCRIPTION

Bid Stage

Ensuring scrutiny of the Tender documents from commercial perspective considering Tax planning, EXIM planning, preparation of transaction methodology for smooth execution

Organize Earnest Money Deposits (EMD)

Follow up with internal and external customers for documents required for dispatch to ensure prerequisite for billing and clearances are in place

Post Execution:

Documentation support for Tax audits/assessments and maintaining repository of such documents for future reference

Aligning with AD Banker to organize Project Exports approval and periodical reporting to AD Banker.

Handling Merchanting Trades and compliance to Master Directions of RBI

Providing supporting documents required for Audits, Tax Assessments, Statutory Forms, etc.

Basic Level- MS Office - Word, Excel, Power point

PS/SD Module of SAP

Basic Level- Trade finance topics like Letter of credits, Bank Guarantees.

Goods and Services Act

Basic Knowledge about application of GST Laws and more specific on application of CGST, SGST and IGST, create awareness on the applicability of concessional GST.

HSN /SAC classification in billing.

Basic knowledge about Imports and Exports norms.

INCO Terms used in Domestic and International Trade

Experience in Execution of Projects

Basic knowledge about Insurance requirement in Project

o Good in Communication skills (Verbal/written)

Qualifications required

Graduate in Commerce

Post Graduate in Commerce / International business / operations/business management or of similar sort would be added advantage

MBA- Finance would be added advantage

Attitude / Behavior required
