As a Paralegal - Capital Markets / Legal Entity Management here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team in the areas of capital markets and legal entity structure and management. You will assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and providing general administrative support to the legal team. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our legal department. You will report directly to our General Counsel and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our legal operations, contributing to the success of our capital markets and legal entity structure initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate filings

Description:

You will work with other Honeywell Intelligrated personnel daily and will be required to perform tasks given safely and satisfactorily. You will represent Honeywell Intelligrated on site and will also need to follow our customers’ guidelines for general work practices outlined on site. You will continually stay in touch with your travel Coordinator and utilize your mobile scheduling tools daily.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists other technicians in the repair and maintenance of equipment
  • Completes work orders, records, logs and other written or computer-based documents according to established procedures
  • Diagnoses mechanical and electrical problems using technical drawings (e.g., blueprints, electronic/mechanical schematics) and diagnostic tools (e.g., multi-meter, laptop)
  • Operates material handling equipment, battery equipment, moving machinery, and other powered equipment
  • Utilizes TCPiP as a troubleshooting/setup tool, understands basic networking and its terminologies: IP’s, Subnet Mask, Default Gateways, Ping, Network switches, and ports.
  • Provides preventive maintenance and repairs on distribution center equipment (e.g., pneumatic systems, material handling equipment, hydraulic equipment, dock equipment, electronic and electrical equipment, etc.) according to safety and quality procedures.
  • Troubleshoots and repairs complex electrical/electronic problems with equipment, VFD’s, networks, PC logic controls, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and external Input/Output (I/O) devices where the repair is not immediately visible or obvious.
  • The ability to accurately describe issues and follow verbal instructions utilizing the industry terminology during bridge calls with SME’s and/or Tech Support remotely.
  • Provides resolutions to mechanical, technical/controls issues; documents all information relating to customer support issues in CMMS and Dashboard database; utilizes resources in other departments (when necessary) to expedite the resolution of conveyor related issues
  • Follows up with customers and other departments to ensure issues have been resolved
  • Participates in cleaning the conveyor systems and part cage as appropriate
  • Ability to work at heights using fall protection PPE

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • The ability to lift 50 pounds individually and utilize a two-person team when applicable
  • The ability to carry required tools and tool bag (10-15lbs) regularly for extended periods and distances. Pelican cases are close to 50 pounds that will need to be taken through airports as check in
  • The ability to spend long periods of time standing and / or walking on concrete and other surfaces.
  • The ability to work above your head for extended period of time while standing, laying, or seated (e.g., 30mins). The ability to lift weights listed above your head.
  • The ability to move safely in confined spaces which may require crawling on hands and knees.
  • The ability to safely climb / descend ladders and stairs frequently.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience or education in Material Handling Equipment, including conveyors, sortation systems, and mechanical troubleshooting/maintenance/installation.
  • Strong technical expertise in Industrial Automation technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Reporting to the IA Vice President Sales Excellence and working with other Sales Excellence leaders for the business entities and regions you will champion the following responsibilities:

  • Lead IA SIP strategy, framework development, GDM improvement and execution in IA with the support form GBE SIP teams and SIP COE (corporate).
  • Creating and executing a rigorous sales operations management operating system (MOS) that integrates the coordinated review and execution of the sales pipeline, account opportunities and leads across the entire enterprise with routine engagement with each business and region at the sales manager and sales contributor level.
  • Inspecting, coaching and enforcing the practical utilization of the standard sales metrics and utilize interactive analytics dashboards to generate actionable insights and training that Business Leaders and Sales Managers can use to improve selling behaviors and exceed overall performance goals versus the annual targets.
  • Driving initiatives that improve seller performance and productivity measurably and sustainably; develop programs and metrics that increase the adoption of the right sales behaviors and outcomes around account and call planning, pipeline forecasting, win rate, deal velocity, customer retention and forecast accuracy.
  • Partnering with the IT organization and the business teams to make strategic technology decisions to capitalize on digitization and automation capabilities to enhance sales productivity, improve customer experience and drive business growth. Serve as the business functional leads in driving deployment, adoption and value generation from these technical solutions.
  • Driving the routine self-assessment of the businesses’ sales maturity and sales manager / individual seller competencies; identify common needs and prioritize the next step improvements by highest economic impact; work in coordination with other IA corporate staff responsible for sales training and analytics to leverage our combined resources and best practices.
